    Let me start by saying, I have lifted weights, ran, done core work using a stability ball and boxing bootcamps. I’ve even done Barre classes (although it’s been a few years). But baby, baby, ba-beeeee, THIS here is the truth 🔥. When someone tells you they do Barre regularly, just KNOW they have it together. This class is no joke!

    How dumb am I? After 9 months of squinting & trying to see what you were doing, I hit something that made me realize I could put workout on my tv! Can you say technology challenged? Lol! That being said, again Paige delivers. First time with this one! Very challenging, but you make it such fun! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Paige. With all that is going on only ,my faith in God & your workouts are keeping me sane,! I’m a fan forever!

    Just found your channel by accident and love your workouts!
    How high is the bar supposed to be? What is the standard height? Looks so much easier to use the bar than a chair or counter top. Warm regards

      Angel everyone is built differently, so we suggest a height for your personal barre at about level with your elbow or between the hip and the waist. Thanks so much for your question and for working out with us!! 💜💜💜

    Continuing from my last remark. I noticed that several of your videos I saved have been deleted. Was wondering if your people are doing it or RUclips. I would loved to join your monthly classes on line, but I’m a senior with very little in the way of finances. I hope you won’t be taken off completely

      bettyboop Valery so sorry I thought we had! We recommend a combination of BodyBarre and BodyBarre Burn (with props) & Define (off the barre work) 3-4 times a week! You’ll start to see results within just a few weeks! Challenge yourself to go deep into plié work and by working up to 3lb weights. You can also add ankle weights to any workout for more of a challenge!! 💜💜💜💜
