Just found your channel by accident and love your workouts! How high is the bar supposed to be? What is the standard height? Looks so much easier to use the bar than a chair or counter top. Warm regards

bettyboop Valery so sorry I thought we had! We recommend a combination of BodyBarre and BodyBarre Burn (with props) & Define (off the barre work) 3-4 times a week! You’ll start to see results within just a few weeks! Challenge yourself to go deep into plié work and by working up to 3lb weights. You can also add ankle weights to any workout for more of a challenge!! 💜💜💜💜
