Please read below After a visit this morning from our local police force. This is just to confirm that our trip alarms don't fall in to the FAC ( Fire arms Certificate) They have run them through ballistics dept and they are happy that they don't fall under the fire arms laws which is what we already knew before starting to machine them. But they have to follow up on reports lol So I hope this has cleared a few things up. We are not able to post out the 209 primers. but when you buy you get all the information on how to buy them, They will post out with their courier They are not a TOY and are to be used sensibly. The intended use is for home security outside camping trips, sheds, to protect your motorbikes, electric bikes, bicycles, etc.
Saw these on etsy. Going on a camping trip in the eastern USA and need a trip system for bears. Love that they are made by someone and not mass produced and will be getting 4 in the 27th. Thanks for the demonstration!
Great product and explanation video takes me back to my Army days, where we had similar (trip-wire) for perimeter security (Non lethal) when in Op`s or defensive positions the low tech option was fishing wire and Tin cans with stones in, but that`s another story while this maybe not your field of expertise, your subscribers maybe interested to know a high strength fishing line (as we used in the Army) is much better than string/cord as its basically invisible in day or night so perfect for trip wires again excellent product and british made
Could you make one of these to suit .22 and 8mm blanks lots of dog trainers and game keepers keep these blanks, I would definitely be interested in an 8mm one
Yes. I use this for my rim fire 22 blanks. All you do is drill out from the front until you reach wear the primer is placed. You could even glue on a ball bearing to the 22 blank so that it fires it.
Hi you can get the primers from us as a direct sale or any gun shop will sell them over the counter, you just have to be over 18 years old no FAC required for 209 primers davidwilliamcox@outlook.com Thanks for looking,
I'm an ex-soldier on a veteran's pension can I get sent to Australia ?? price is the worry with our dollar but is great for my problems by allowing me to set a warning device around when go camping with my service dog. great job on it.. 👍😎🇦🇺
There's definitely a few ways, the one that immediately comes to mind is to connect one end of the cord to the split pin, then tie it off round the screw of the next one and so on. Then you'd know you'd got a full perimeter as well
@@davecox900 Looks like a great product :-) But you REALLY need to have a web site and online info / ordering system. People hate 'phoning' to buy things. I've just serched the web for you and this alarm, (I'd seen it as a Facebook group comment, but forgotton this video link) but absolutely nothing came up in the results. These days, if you don't have an online presence, you just don't exist. Many potential sales and customers lost :-(
@@davecox900 I've just reverse - searched your phone number... are you on ebay as scoobydoo900? Same product and price. But again, you're hard to find!
@@ianmorrison6127 Different price on e bay that's the RRP we have for years just been supplying the bike shops so this side is new for us, but I like talking to the customers and so far its all good, but thanks for the feed back. Takes two mins to place an order, either bac`s or Paypal and big saving picking the phone up.
Outstanding product David. Thanks for the conversation a moment ago. I look forward to hearing from you once you have new stock available 👍 Cheers

Would have to make them out of stainless steel for that size of a blank think the blast of the charge would be too much for Aluminum

Great video. Is there way to link these in series to cover an area of approach rather than a single item like a canoe?
