Hi guys I'm back! It's been a little while hasn't it?!
In this tutorial I'm going to show you how to create this adorable Holo Moon phase mani with a pretty pastel gradient. You absolutely could just follow the gradient part if you wanted something simpler, or bust out those brushes if you want to try some reverse stamping :-)
