How to Create of Wealth Quintiles
Construction of Wealth Index is always a keen task in the data analysis, especially when someone analyzing social indicators. In this video we discussed in detail about the theory of Wealth Index, economic interpretation and the concept of Principal Component Analysis (PCA). In second part of the video, the wealth index is computed through SPSS #an then the wealth scores are converted into Wealth Quintiles. Actually we use it is different surveys and research analysis as a rule of thumb; which has very strong statistical interpretation. Let's suppose, if maximum is improved or unimproved to it's mean this variable is not going to be helpful to identify the issue of wealth status.
Moreover if you want to include these variables, so you will not find significant differences between the results
