It's like a time travel, when 40k was a Wargame not designed to crash the table with lots and lots of biggests and biggests models, for that reason, thanks. My Next Challenge is to collect all the stuff of the 2nd edition Battle box, and play all the scenarios of the box. The 40k oldhammer still lives because of great entusiast like you. Nice 2nd content! I'd forgotten how absurdly broken the Eldar were in 2nd. Literally nothing can touch them. Hitting on 2's, ignoring all armour - they were smoking something when the wrote the codex for the space Elves.
@@SuperOnion88 hardly, I got beaten quite alot. This army is themed and back in the day I would never have fielded anything like this. Only because of 3rd edition did it give you themed armies and certain ways to play them. I "normal" armies had aspects and guardians. Still alot of fun
Spent the whole game waiting for a ghosts/sucked off reference! Wasnt disappointed, I'm sure Mary would be very jealous of all those wraithguard getting sucked off by eachother.😂
I loved there old space marine models and first born I was thinking of collecting 40k again but I just can't get behind all the new space marine models probably do a xeno army
Great game! In my opinion Mind war is definitely one of the best powers in the whole game. Even cast with only one force card it really hurts the enemy.
No primaris bullshit, only firstborn! And those bulky old dreadnoughts, I love them so much, they day space marines got all modern and round they lost something.
I've been reading up on vehicle cards technically you're not allowed the same combo of vehicle cards on 2 vehicles. Has to be different ie ablative armour and reinforced armour and ablative armour and pintle mounted storm bolter are allowed as its a different combo. But house rules can obviously overrule that.
We just hire a scout hut to film in, we don't run a club as such. There are afew in Plymoutj Plymouth wargaming Cross swords Neutral Ground Dark Star. Should beable to find them all on Facebook

Can be ablative armour reinforced armour and a spotlight, ablative armour reinforced armour dozer blade, it's easy to get around
