you really should. its not hard to do. especially on this particular engine. draining the radiator and the engine block should get almost all the coolant out except for maybe the heater core. then flush with distilled water and done
Is it okay to mix the yellow/green universal coolant with the pink coolant? I had heard that wasn't good as it could react and turn to a gel. I had to flush the coolant on a jeep renegade this month because the wrong color coolant had been put in and it caused the CEL to come on with p0128.

I don’t think he mixed them. He just flushed n put universal coolant instead of putting the specific one designed for the car.
