Over this summer I have learned so much from your tutorials, you taught me rhino, vray, and I am now in the process of learning unreal engine. I was doubting continuing architecture school because I was not much of a natural when it came to the computer portion of architecture but now I am much more confident in my skills thanks to you. I am now on the path to learning more and being able to bring my creations and designs to “life.” I would love to share some of the works I have created using your teaching and get critique if that is something you offer! Anyways, thank you for rekindling my passion for architecture!
I'm super happy to read this, and thank you for your support! This autumn I'll do a few livestreams (with VODs available afterwards of course) - so we could arrange a portfolio review then! thank you for very good tutorials every time. But i have a question. Is that possible somehow export views or cameras from rhino to UE5? for matching lines from rhino and shadows from UE5 in illustartor? maybe there is have some way from R8 or grasshopper? Thank you in advance
Fantastic! Thank you for sharing. I didn't find in the video, are you using Datasmith with Rhino 8 or is it still Rhino 7? Another question: have you ever tried to see the reflection of a water material (like an ocean) on high reflective surfaces? For example an ocean reflected on windows or a water material (ocean) reflected on the hull of a shiny yacht.
It's Datasmith for Rhino 7, haven't tested it on Rh8 properly yet. And for the second question - the word that you're looking for is Caustics , and it's a really nasty thing to render (there are tutorials about it though)
Very good "Can you please solve the problem of glass and mirrors in Lumen in Unreal Engine? I see many issues with them. Are there any settings that help solve this, whether in the Movie Render Queue settings or Post Process settings?"
Well glass and mirrors only work well when they are path-traced - this is simply due to the way of how reflections/refraction is calculated. With that being said - I've seen some improvement in UE 5.5 , and will do a video about it once it's released.

Your work is awesome! Will you make a video series whowing how to model this nice building?
Fantastic,is the normal speed version avalable?
Mmm, normal speed version would be quite long.. I'll make the next one 2x slower :)
I would love to know the process of getting the proper meshes textures in Rhino ❤
There will be a video that's talking about it a bit on Monday! :)
