He's more than strong enough to spot someone lol
bro he’s not too small, look in the mirror , that is too small
Imagine calling bradly small lmao. You must be fucking jacked and bench like 700lb on a regular
Bradley is like 6'5 it's just that Brian's a bloody beast
Some people don’t understand the joke 😂😂😂
I think Brian can hit 600 easy
i can do 225 around 15 reps but 325 gives me some trouble.
he hit 625 in another video, thor hit 550 with a rest at the bottom so there was no bounce just to give a idea on what strongmen bench
@@Stej-i7m I agree especially with how clean the presses were. No struggle at all.
but that 325 is a 44% jump, Brian going from 500 to 600 is just a 20% increase. So like you going from 225 to 270
@@jefffawcett I guarantee that guy wasnt even close to doing full motion bench press like Brian is doing here. Most guys do short presses. Brian was going all the way up on every rep. I wouldnt be shocked if Brian could hit 650 for a max.
“I came warmed up” means “I did a few lines on the way over”
Brads reps vs Brian’s reps are so dramatically different
Shaw literally played with those 500lbs, he looked like he could have done 15 reps
Nah the 5th one came up a tad wobbly. At the max 10. But I think he would've done a relatively comfortable 8.
@@drealboy_ Yeah I'm seriously wondering what he can max out on.
It was easy for him. If he trained bench regularly he should hit 600+ no problem
Strongmen train explosively. The 1st rep or 2 caught you off gaurd
@@fujimi715 1 rep he could do 650 easily
Brian: I don’t do bench press very often
Also Brian: 500LB BENCH PRESS SESSION
Bradley’s sweatshirt is so tight it makes me claustrophobic
when you got the gains why not show em 24/7
Prolly the biggest size it's available in too
@@cooldarknight he wears the sweats to burn fat. If u watched him he says it all the time
@@cooldarknight but you didn't know why, and i told you.

Like how in all his videos with the horse play when the lifts go he says nothing but “good job man” “yeaup yeaup” “you got it” nothing but positive and encouraging things. Awesome guy
Patiently waiting for the Larry Wheels colab.
same
Michael Hall same
How many cycles are we gonna wait?
In a video from about two months ago, Brian said that he wants to get him out to Colorado.
Just dropped a eating video with Brian and Larry over at Bradley Martyn's channel.
“Guess how much Brian will do, comment below”
*me looking at the title where it says 500*
🤔
Nice of brian to show that little boy how to bench press
Little? That guy is like 6'5 lmfao your a fucking clown
@@thanosbustedinyourmum he 6'3 and Brian 6'7

SALTY BIG MAD bronsexuals LECHOKE is GARBAGE he was joking about how Shaw makes him look small you fuck fuck
*Metallica and Ozzy playing in the background* Bradley, “We got the oldies rock and roll.”😂
Come on Bradley why would u make him lift fake weights
Stevewilldoit
LMAO
LONELY GOD those weights are legit
@@chrisromero2326 Def fake weights
LONELY GOD they are real weights I use the same ones
When my kids ask me who the strongest man was back in my day I get to show them Brian 🙌
He might go down as the strongest man in history if he wins 1 more wsm
Palpatine do u mean brad castle berry
Umm correction thorbjornsen
Dom mazzetti actually might have a challenger
Easy there. That's Dom you're talking about. Brian isn't ready for him yet.
Whoa... Calm down man...
lol
Key Word "might"
nah shaw is too weak for dom
its crazy how he has to put more effort to stand up than bench pressing 3plates in each side
Started Bench today for the 1st time ever, 70lbs being my PB so far
Love to hear it get after it
Make sure you eat enough and your bench will shoot up
Eat in a clean caloric surplus and hit progressive overload, try to hit chest 2x a week. Get that grind in bro 💪🏼
PeanutButter?
I just did my first bench like a month ago and got a pb of 75 but I couldn’t bench anymore because soon after I tested positive for Covid and I also don’t have a bench press at home
That 500 lbs moved up and down easy.
Yea, I'm thinking he got 600 all day long if he sets up for max.
I knew Steve was on to something about the weights being fake
Lucian Pavel paused stupid
@@polymindgames why don't you try pausing idiot. Makes it way harder
I never realized how strong they were till I started lifting!
perspective is a real thing. i've been lifting 20+ years, so I can easily recognize that these dudes are insane.

Brian Shaw could bench press the whole world.
Doesn’t train bench press... can bench press 500lbs.... easily
Patron right if he wore a size larger he’d look bigger than he already is
I see you cheif
@MR ZUNIGA its really not.
@MR ZUNIGA if you look at the worlds strongest people in each weight group, you will see the lightest people lifting over 3x their own bodyweight, while the heaviest barely does 2x their own bodyweight. 400lbs man lifting 500lbs is not the same as a 200lbs man lifting 250lbs
MR ZUNIGA For professional weightlifters the heavier you get the heavier it is to lift 2 or 3 times ur own bodyweight.
I love how everybody just stops and watches 😂😂
I would too
if you go pass 2 plates , i will be watching.
Warrior Of Allah lmao that’s funny, we all low key know what people are puttin up in gyms but act like we’re not looking. I’m more like if it’s 3 plates and up I’ll be looking
@@User18dog true, oh 3 plates and up i will be eyeing you up for real, you will also end up in my conversation with other lifters later lel
You’ve obviously never been in a real gym before
