'Top Speed Germany' is a German RUclips channel for people who love cars.
My Name is Max and I film while driving cars. No matter if they are old, fast, loud or electric. They need to be special! With several onboard cams, I record everything important to show you High-Speed-Runs, Acceleration tests ( 0-100 kph / 0-200 kph / 100-200 kph / 200-300 kph ) and test drives on German Autobahn or Road. Please note, Germany is the country of "no speed limit" highways. So in some places, it's allowed to drive very fast. But please don't try this if you are not an experienced driver !! I am going to be honest, this car impressed me on a lot of levels. It sounds relatively quiet compared to similar cars in its class, the wind noise was minimal, it was decently peppy enough, it handled heavy braking @5:50 no problem, and the options on the center console were great.

@Edgar Grefve All those clapping sounds are things in the cabin flying forwards. You can see something on the passenger seat fly forwards when he hits the brakes. Also it's a mini-van so it probably has some miscelaneous junk in it.

I just bought used Mazda 5 2010 automatic 5 speed. However the rpm for 120km/h is high at 4k rpm. Is it normal?

I had the same year 2010 (AT) previously and love it very much. Yes, its engine and acceleration are very good based on MPV. I had tried 14x and didn't know it can be 209!!!! Amazing. However, due to I've used fuel cleaner couple times caused emission light on.... (I didn't know that), replaced one oxengen sensor then ok, but I kept used fuel cleaner then the emission light on again. Don't like to pay for the 2nd oxengen sensor replacement and not sure any other issues/problems will be happened, I sold it to change to CX-9 in 2 year ago. A year later, I learnt that frequently using fuel cleaner will cause emission light on. I missed the Mazda 5 very much
Yes we had one too and we loved it, It was really great exept for in winter where it pretty much had no traction on snow. We had it until the head gasket sadly blew

Last year we bought one of these on a whim very cheap. It's in a very rough shape so it needs work + we got rubbish specced one.
The engine is great, no wonder it is used in Formula 3, but be careful about the intake flaps.
If you are looking to buy one, get a facelifted model - 2008-2010. These get 6 speed manual in 2.0 petrol. Mine is a 5 speed and it drinks fuel like crazy. Make sure it has a cruise control (or fit a steering wheel with buttons for it).
It is beast of a value this car. You get a warm hatch Mazda3, but it is an estate/wagon with sliding doors and 7 seats. You can carry a bunch of people if you need to move them somewhere and you can use it as an improv courier van as well.
Obviously it was a white van! Awesome control from 160 to 110 in a light weight mazda.

I have the same engine in my 2018 Ford but, the Ford modified the engine for direct fuel injection. It has a diesel like idle sound

Que bonito es manejar en carreteras asi. En el salvador hay carreteras similares pero la gente es estúpida para conducir, es casi un suicidio ir a esa velocidad siempre habrá gente camiones u otro carros que solo invaden tu carril sin poner luz de cruce, siempre se encuentra gente haciendo maniobras imprudentes, camiones detenidos a medida carretera.

We got a Mazda 5 Sport 2.5 2015 ourselves and i have never reached more than 160. Not because it cant but i dont feel safe....Great car. Love it.
