Could you try contacting them on their social media like Facebook? Sometimes a media person replies faster but I don’t know about The Works. They have good books for a great price so it’s a shame their customer service is lacking.

I don't have Facebook, but maybe I could find them on a different platform and try it. Thank you for the tip. 🧡 100% agree that they have great books at great prices.
