Oh my gosh. Send me a slice. If your kids get to sample all these treats they must be the happiest and luckiest kids in the world. No matter how full I am I always end up hungry after watching your videos. Lol. I assume you can use ice cream instead of the cheesecake but the cheesecake seems more delish.

Anne, I just recently discovered your channel and have been binge-watching all of your videos with my daughter! I am American, and I’ve never been able to bake because all of our recipes are written out by volume, and for some reason I can’t get that right. Once I started following recipes that were given in weight, it changed the game! I can bake anything if the recipe is given in weight. So THANK YOU for writing out your recipes in quantities that serve a variety of bakers! I ordered your cookbook and can’t wait!

LOVE IT! totally thinking of a black forest version.... i do love chocy, but i love the fruity more. so maybe ill just add a black cherry compote in between the layers and some on top.Thanks again Ann!

+How to Cook That I first found your channel in March of 2015 when I had to do a project. Then I got addicted to your channel. Then after a while watching your videos were all I did. I LOVE LOVE LOVE baking but I've never mare anything from scratch. I always used cake mixes and frostings which now tastes GROSS. Finally my mom started nagging me so I started to make some of your recipes. I love them so much and now I've so so much baking terminology and my parents were really surprised. Anyways I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE your channel and your accent. Hope that doesn't sound weird. 😀

You could also try a chocolate free blondie recipe to still have that brownie like texture. Adding toffee or butterscotch chip for an extra something special.

I used only the cheesecake recipe and it turned out fantastic. If you're using gelatin sheets, use two per 2 packets of block cream cheese. Soak the sheets, squeeze, add a bit of hot water, dissolve, add to cream cheese mixture.

I just love it when you makes these types of cakes, they're so good. The best one is the Victoria sponge with real cream & strawberries & raspberry jam, it's still my favorite. I've made it many times. Actually, my nephew's birthday is coming up & his favorite is caramel cake, do you have a recipe?? with caramel icing or buttercream?? please let me know when you get a chance. Thank you. Cheers🤗😀
