I agree. Life does happen, but I look forward to it on a regular basis. That’s why we have to keep liking, commenting, and try to help get her to that 100k subscribers. Most diserving. 🎉🎉🎉
Karen, I'm still so impressed and appreciative that you're willing to thrift carrying around a camera in your hand for us! I can't even speak to anyone while I'm trying to shop because I'm so so easily distracted!
Nice haul. About the same age as you Karen. Had elderly parents and bought a shower chair in goodwill with 50%off.. for them...then decided to look for another chair and kept in my garage for when I got older and might need one. Well, my sister's friend fell and couldn't bathe herself so I gave my sister my spare shower chair to her and my sister gave chair to friend to bathe her for about 2 months. Her friend now uses shower chair daily. I found 2 more shower chairs and store them in shed for when I or someone I know need one and got a really good deal on them!
Karen, you and Roger are the most adorable couple on the internet. Hubby (of 54 years) and I love watching you two...so happy after one year. Thanks for all the great tips. Over the years we have learned so much from you! Happy 1st anniversary with many more to come...Patti
Do we want a spray painted used YEHTI?…yes we do! 😉🤭🤣Roger has the cutest smile;you two are a lovely couple. How nice you found each other🥰Karen, I love the sound of your voice;it’s very calming and relaxing. The unicorn lamp would look classy with a black shade.
So many little girls in the sixties had those "creepy" ballerina music boxes, me included. We kept our treasures in them. Wish I still had mine. I have been told that the ballerinas are often stolen out of them from store shelves.
I am probably the only person on the planet decorating with that little girl in the wicker chair art at 9:45. My mom bought a larger one, in an ornate gold frame for my bedroom when I was a child (I'm 60 now). She said they really couldn't afford it, but she fell in love with it, so she bought it. Hung in my bedrooms until I got married and moved away at 19, and it's been on my living room wall ever since. Guess I fell in love with it too!
Glad you went back and found that beautiful wooden jewelry box! You missed it once when you were looking at Hard Rock glasses and didn't hear me screaming. LOL!
22:21 I absolutely love that old frame with the picture of the sailor! It is incredible! I also love the rattan towel holder. It being a little crooked wouldn’t keep me from buying it. You always find such great things! Thanks for taking us with you! 🥰
About as quick as you got the nut chopper back up on the shelf, you commented how wonderful it was without the music and then you turned the next island. The music starts playing. All the pink shoes! Christmas cat cards you said adorable, Then you pitched and flung them back on the shelf! You crack me up 😂
My veterinarian has to use that kind of cart. He had surgery on his foot. He wears a boot brace and then use the cart to go to the next room and get to the reception area. He said he able to come back to work sooner because of the cart. He is the only doctor. All his clients pets need him back asap. Big hug always.
You and Roger are my favorite resellers to watch! I enjoy your knowledge and details about the items you find. You and Roger are the sweetest couple and so fun! I appreciate all the work and filming you do to take us along with you!♥️
The grass skirt table decor should do well for u. During summer months people like to have Tiki Parties and Hawaiian Parties, thus the skirts would be a nice and fun addition!!!💞💞🙃💞💞
Hi Karen, When my daughter had foot surgery, she had to use the knee scooter for 6 weeks. They're very expensive new. She bought one on FB marketplace for $75. It was the cheapest she could find. So you'll do well with the one you bought. 🤑
I broke my tibial plateau and people kept telling me to get one of those, the funny thing is that I was no load bearing on my leg, so no, I couldn’t use one of those. It drove me crazy! I used crutches for 10 weeks that then messed up my rotator cuff!
Love you conversations with us and you have a wealth of information, you are a woot girl!! :))) "Now Let go shopping" ! Vintage Sailor photo, Yes Please!
Karen and Roger! It was so much fun to chat and laugh with you today in the store! Now I can see what you had in your cart, fun things! 😀Maybe we meet up again and for now I will continue watching you and Roger. Yana😊
🤩You are so dang funny Karen😅 First off, that big bird that you called a cockateel, its's a Cockatoo. I've had both😘. I loved that print you got, and will be easy to remove from that frame. 💗Your eyes are so tuned into what you see worthy of buying👍 That head, was a bust🤣 ❤love the jewelry box with all of the drawers👏 Thank you sweet Karen. Keep it up sister💪
Hello Karen! I worked for a foot surgeon for 16 years and we used the knee scooter for Post Op patients after surgery who had to be “Non- weight” bearing and patients who had really deep foot ulcers.
I used a knee scooter when I broke my ankle and have a lot of hardware. I chose to use the knee scooter instead of crutches. I don’t believe my insurance would have paid for it. Insurance covered the crutches. The scooter was not very expensive. I still have mine and lend it out when I know someone who may need it.
The crystal bowl you looked at is a vintage Gorham Althea bowl. I received two as wedding gifts in 1986😮Goes in the „things that make me feel old“ category 😂
Wendy! I also have the Gorham Althea and I still love and use it! I don’t even save it for special occasions…anything looks great in it! Thanks for your comment!
Karen when I’m thrifting I find myself asking, “Who’s making this? Oh good for you Target.” or whatever name is signed on the bottom 😂. You have rubbed off on us all. We love you ❤
The lady head would have been nice to photograph hats on. 😊 Yes we like your video’s and you two ofcourse. You two en Amy and Irf (yosoboho) are my two favorite RUclips couples
Love your show. I have recently began to sell many of my personal things and if I have any luck I am going to begin thrifting. I have always loved thrifting but never for resale. Thank you so much. I am learning a lot.
Those mugs are Otigiri Horizon. Usually only the plates are marked and the cups and shakers have a little metal sticker identifying it. I have collected this type since the 70’s. You can cook and microwave in also. The Japanese definitely make beautiful pottery. I was very jealous when Roger found an entire set
Hi Karen. In Australia we don't have the big stores to thrift in but I did recently find a beautiful Otigiri cat planter. I probably spelt that wrong. 😂 I love watching your channel. Val.🐨 💟
Do we like Karen and Roger? Yes we do!!!
Do we love Sunday mornings and Lavendar Clothesline Video? YES WE DO!

Don’t thrift much….since I don’t resell or need clutter but live to see what is out there and what you find
I love stores without music makes me stay there longer to shop
Rodger is such a big kid! Glad you can keep an eye on him at the store Karen. Without you he'd prob hide in-between the clothes racks 😂
😂

Very kind of you. ❤️
I bought one of those leg scooters at a garage sale for $10 and sold it on Facebook marketplace for $100. Awesome pick up.
"Oh Noah..Where is your Ark?".... You made me laugh out loud Karen! Love you tons! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I wish we had a Goodwill like you guys!!!
Glad you went back and found that beautiful wooden jewelry box! You missed it once when you were looking at Hard Rock glasses and didn't hear me screaming. LOL!
I was telling her to get it too😂.
It was a chopper. We had one when I was a kid. You can chop nuts and pretty much anything else you want to in it

Hello Karen! I worked for a foot surgeon for 16 years and we used the knee scooter for Post Op patients after surgery who had to be “Non- weight” bearing and patients who had really deep foot ulcers.
Wouldn't a patient's insurance pay for them to get a brand new scooter from a medical supply house?
Insurance usually pays 80% and the balance can be steep.
@@lindablackmore5882 Then I feel sorry for the poor person who is not going to find one in Goodwill.

That century magazine picture. Reminds me of a piece that says housework with a lady with a broom

Always fun to shop for Christmas!
Love that you found the scooter!
We in our family had those children pictures in our nursery, at the time they were not inexpensive, have not seen them since the 70's
The lady with the head is what you put your wig on when you’re not wearing it! A lot of African-American women wear wigs!
It’s very small
