The problem with shadow palettes is this: we've only got 2 eyes. If I stopped buying them today...it would still take me years to use every color I have. But like you....I looooove eyeshadow palettes!!

Would love to see any updates for hair - especially your favorite hair clips/styles. I have naturally wavy hair, but every time I put in a clip or ponytail holder, it just flattens and droops. Uggh.

As far as the Full Month of Nothing New (I was just wondering about this and hoping you’d do it again this January!) you could do a full month of themed GRWM videos and I would be here for it! Full face of Most expensive, least expensive, newest, oldest, monochromatic looks (berry, rose, peach, red, etc), slow burn products, still relevant, love at first sight-honestly, you could take your award categories and expand them to a full face of makeup and I think that would be so much fun! This is how I think about choosing products sometimes, and it makes me think about my collection in different ways because I’m constantly changing how I group my products. Just an idea, but GRWM are my favorite video genre and I could watch them all day! In fact, I may do that today … 😜

I hang onto palettes that once were favorites, and I take them shopping with me so I can try to match the bare pan colors that still have tiny little bits of powder in the corners...I believe that shopping for makeup in person is one of my favorite activities, it's exercise for me! Love your presentations, even though your perfect skin tone, eye color and bone structure make me jealous. Thank you for you time and energy! I hope this coming new year is everything you need and want it to be!

My top palettes this year are probably the Colourpop quads. I’m shocked. I love big palettes and variety, but i have been so drawn to smaller curated palettes lately and the quality of those quads is outstanding. They also let me play more with blush and lip colors, because once I pick a quad, I know what type of eye look I’m going to get, so I can pay more attention to other makeup items. I also love the WNW palettes and the Essence palettes. I loved the Sigma Ambiance palette-what a stunning warm neutral palette and the formulas were awesome. It’s hard to pick a favorite-I tried out a lot this year and I can’t remember all of them (which is probably a sign to stop buying so many palettes 😜). My Still Relevant/Still Amazing palette would have to be the Natasha Denona Metropolis palette. That might be my favorite palette in my collection. But like you, Sydney Grace will always take the award for best overall. Great video and fun format! But yes (I said this in another comment) please do a full eyeshadow palette ranking video! Never enough palette content!

When you said not to hurt anyone’s feelings- I have to hoist my dogs butt up to get on the bed and then when she gets up there I go “Yay you did it!” because I don’t want her to feel bad. 😂
I did that with my puppy. Whenever she tried really hard to do something but she still needed a little help I'd praise her like she did it all by herself. You should have seen her when she finally did make it on the bed for the first time. She was wiggling all over and giving kisses and she did it over and over for like 5 minutes straight. Lol. I love my dog "pup" way more than most people. Lol Happy New Years to you and your family fur babies included of course. 🐶😊

I have an idea for your nothing new is January videos. Palettes that dupe or dupe the vibe of the high end palettes you like. You could make them individual videos for favs from Natasha Denona, Pat McGrath, Patrick Ta (I think Ambiance by Sigma is very similar and I love it.) Or even palettes duping the vibes of Indie palettes that no one can ever get their hands on (Menagerie, Sydney Grace etc.)

I am sure that ND and PM are really nice as well but they are way out of my price range, and honestly SG provides me all I need in the eyeshadow department. For those commenting below who are wanting to try SG, I would recommend. Even just try a few of her singles and see what you think. I have a dozen or so of her singles and her EL palette which is top notch.
Love at first sight: ND retro. I always wait months and sometimes a year or more to purchase. This is the only thing I’ve ever bought on pre order. Sigma Cinderella is a close second. But I was able to wait for that one.
I didn’t like the packaging on the TEMPTALIA palettes either (I felt like the only one), so I bought one of their large empty magnetic palettes during a sale, and put them all together as one palette. I actually LOVE it so much better like that, it’s stunning.
