I didn't like the soft squishy eye shadows in DM Blooming Romance. But it functions well. I really like ND I Need A Warm a lot more than I thought I would! I wanna try Prada beauty. Nice picks!
Two really great (formula) palettes I recently tried: ~DeDeSignature’s Fearless Holiday palette - beautiful colors! ~BellaBeauteBar w/Deandre Nicole Ultra Violet. True purple palette. **I absolutely love the formulas in this palette.**
@ yes, I should have been more clear. At the beginning of the video, I was wondering. I did hear her say it was ND. Made me rethink my decision not to get the palette. Lol. Thank you, tho!
I think u sold me on I need a warm because as soon as I clicked on this video I was like, goddamn she looks gorgeous! You always look great obv but ur makeup today is hittinnnnn❤❤❤
I'm a bit late to the party, but definitely watched. I'm also a lover of the ND Warm palette, I mean I'm basic and this is my comfort zone totally, but this palette is everything I needed ❤
We are looking for different things in palettes but I watch everything you put out because you are so passionate about it and it makes me happy. The only palette from Natasha that I have not heavily altered is Roxa. The only thing I wish was different is that one of the light mattes was a deeper shade because I don’t need two. I think I should pick up Xenon as I seem to only like her ‘controversial’ palettes. Happy New Year!
Mineralscapes for me!! The most unique colours and it never fails to make me swoon when I open it. I am quite excited for a new one from them next year!!hoping it happens 🤞🏼🤞🏼 I have blooming romance and Mario’s moonlight palette on my wishlist
Have you seen the Bobbi Brown Milkyway Galaxy and Star Crossed eyeshadow quads with the baked shades? They are sold on the Selfridges website and they are now on sale for $46. I have them both, as I had to have both color stories. They give vintage Pat McGrath vibes. They are gorgeous!
I just got the My dream palette. It has the most beautiful warm colors. Berries, browns, burgundy and an orangish shimmer that I'm hooked on. It also has a really pretty duo chrome that isn't too loud. It has become my favorite palette (besides the Retro).
I love Natasha Denona’s releases so much, and I totally agree that Xenon was totally under appreciated. I’m planning to pull it out for NYE tonight (to sit on my couch with sushi, lol). I still love the tones of safari and Biba because they were so unique, especially at the time they were released. But I LOVE I need a Warm and Golden because they are so user friendly. I can throw those on at 5am getting ready for work and not worry about having a great look.
Didn’t get many eyeshadow palettes this year but turned to many quads instead. The only two I got that you mentioned in this video are Yuca and DM’s groundwork #2. I like Yuca and I agree it’s the most interesting one of that ND came out last year, but I still don’t use it as much. I need to learn to use groundwork #2 more to make it one of my favourites I suppose 🤔 I think the most surprising palettes I got are the ones I tried the first time. It’s called Namiri. I got them during Black Friday sale so it’s really worth the money. The shimmers are full of surprises as well. 😊
really hope dm released singles and empty palettes for the freedom range both from a budget friendly and non waste perspective. i have a couple of lightworks palettes and i only use slot half the shades in each. that’s why i didn’t end up buying the freedom
Truly appreciate all the work you put in so that we can make more informed eyeshadow palette choices! It's great being able to see how the shades look on someone close to my color, even though I'm a shade darker and a little warmer. Your eye looks are 🔥 in all your videos! And the way you say Italy is epic and memorable. I know you explained why you choose the palettes that you did but I'm confused by your Natasha Denona choice because it wasn't in your top 5 ND palettes for 2024?
Love seeing your eyeshadow videos! Dont think ive tried any of these ones-do prefer ND mini ones. Everytime i get one of her midi palettes i rarely end of using them. Purchased more from indie brands like melt & nomad cosmetics.
Love your videos and your calm energy 😊 As the language nerd I am though, a tip on French pronunciation. The r is never a rolling r like in Spanish, it’s an r made by pressing the back of your tongue to the roof of your mouth, think edit piaff rien de rien and so on. But otherwise I think your French pronunciation is pretty solid 😊
Okay prediction time, one of the ysl quads the formula and presentation is divine, natasha INAW a classic can't go wrong not to orange leaning, DM freedom is a brilliant formula for the high sparkle and chrome fun, but the sophistication, creativity and inspiration Mineraliscape surely will win out on top, it's a proper shame they weren't more readily available.
I'm glad that my precious Mineralscape is on the list, but where is Xenon??? I get that many didn't understand this palette, yet you did Alicia. These intense grey tones, silver, icy whites and many deeper shades to create a smokey eye dream collection of looks. I continually grab for this palette. Those who say that one can only create one look with this palette do not have a ceative bone in their body. I started off using grey shades when first using shadows. The Grunge era was likely responsible for keeping this going. For the life of me, I can't understand why endless brown shades are acceptable, but not grey. Why do we have to be inundated by brown all of the time? When Xenon was released, it was a dream come true. Finally, grey, silver, black, sparkly whites and everything in between was served up and about time! I'm so sick of brown being included in every palette, even in Quads and Quints. Just with Natasha Denona, we had browns throughout I Need A Nude, Golden, I Need A Warm and look at all of her other palettes too. When do we ever get anything other than brown? I know this will upset you Alicia, but there shouldn't be those two browns in Pat's Subversive. There was no need for them. If she was going to go out on a limb and create such a different palette, then live dangerously and include a lighter grey matte and a deep plum or burgundy metallic? Not more bloody browns. A Content Creator from my neighbouring New Zealand was reviewing a Chanel Quad. She then stated that she would have preferred that one shade was removed and a brown put in its place. I left a comment stating that the loud guttural scream she was hearing, was coming from me at that suggestion. What is this obsession with boring old browns? With all of the amazing colours that we have to create with, why can't anyone use something other than brown??? What's wrong with grey, black, plum, burgundy, purple, aubergine, olive, navy, teal, plus the endless other shades we have to choose from. Why does everyone continue to fall back on boring old brown? Sure, it has its place, but it's at the point of extreme overkill. Isn't anyone creative anymore or are they too scared to try something different? Okay, I've had my rant. Happy about Prada bding included. I still think you'd love the chartreuse palette, Alicia. Don't ask me the name, I never remember them either. I'm just glad that I bought them all and still hoping that the Christmas Palette is eventually on its way. Another brand you should try is Rabanne. They only have four Quads, yet a great collection of Duo's. Anything is possible with those shadows. The pigmentation is insanely good too. They aren't as expensive as other brands either. Just a suggestion. Not happy about my dear Xenon being neglected 😢, but at least Mineralscape is present and accounted for.🇦🇺💖👩🏼🎨
The Super Bowl of eyeshadow palettes! Precisely my kind of sport 🤩🥰😅
When the queen of eyeshadow speaks, we listen! 🤩
Waiting to see what palettes make your list! 😊
I had a lot of fun, but also had to hold myself back because these could’ve easily been an hour 🫠
She is the Queen!
Mineralscapes is my absolute favorite! It’s so easy to use.
I wanted that palette so bad 😪😭😢😥
Completely agree! I love this palette
@@OsloTimefude Japan still has it
I really hope she brings back the full metropolis palette😢
Me too! Me too! I need a new one badly🤞🏾
My top palettes for the year are the Danessa Myricks Lightwork VI and the Prada Quads 100% nothing else comes close 💕
Please review the ND mini eyesculpt. I love the look of it and really hope she releases a midi version
I think it reminds me of Biba, even though there already is a Mini Biba.
11:30 I didn’t get the hype about Yucca until I actually used the palette. I think it’s one of my favorites, right next to Metropolis.
I didn't like the soft squishy eye shadows in DM Blooming Romance. But it functions well. I really like ND I Need A Warm a lot more than I thought I would! I wanna try Prada beauty. Nice picks!
I just bought a Prada eyeshadow palette. It’s incredible. Creamy, soft, beautiful!
Two really great (formula) palettes I recently tried:
~DeDeSignature’s Fearless Holiday palette - beautiful colors!
~BellaBeauteBar w/Deandre Nicole Ultra Violet. True purple palette. **I absolutely love the formulas in this palette.**
I was wondering what palette you were wearing. Those warm browns are so beautiful with your warm golden skin. I too gravitate towards those colors
It’s the Natasha Denona, I need a warm palette.
@ yes, I should have been more clear. At the beginning of the video, I was wondering. I did hear her say it was ND. Made me rethink my decision not to get the palette. Lol. Thank you, tho!
Danessa Myricks blooming romance has been everything. A warm bronzer, eye liner, blush, color corrector, I love it
I think u sold me on I need a warm because as soon as I clicked on this video I was like, goddamn she looks gorgeous! You always look great obv but ur makeup today is hittinnnnn❤❤❤

Lightwork VI for me 🌈
The one we've been waiting for 😍
Happy to deliver!! 💫🙆🏽♀️
Mineralscapes is an amazing palette, knocked it out of the park. 🌅
“When I open this palette I have a huge sigh of relief…. “ - Yes thank you my sentiments exactly with INAW
💯
Mineralscapes for me!! The most unique colours and it never fails to make me swoon when I open it. I am quite excited for a new one from them next year!!hoping it happens 🤞🏼🤞🏼
I have blooming romance and Mario’s moonlight palette on my wishlist
Alicia, what's on your lips here? Need the lippie details❤
Oooops! I forgot to update my shop link! For now it’s the ABH Lip Velvet in “Cool Brown”
@aliciaarcher thanks 🫰❣️
@@aliciaarcher Your whole look is beautiful. Love the lips as well. Which lip liner for your look?
I’d love to love ND but her eyeshadows make my eyelids 100 years old.
Thanks for the video 😊

I love the Byredo Mineralscapes palette!
I’m mesmerized by your eye look! I 100% agree with your comments on INAW. Love this video. Happy new year!
I have I need a nude and been debating if I need a warm nude. On my deep skin. So not sure and with the sale I am tempted.
I just got the My dream palette. It has the most beautiful warm colors. Berries, browns, burgundy and an orangish shimmer that I'm hooked on. It also has a really pretty duo chrome that isn't too loud. It has become my favorite palette (besides the Retro).
@ I have the my dream palette
I have a need a warm and it is spectacular! It’s been my go to. It looks stunning on dark skin. I promise you won’t regret it!
Denessa Myricks was my list topper. Happy New Year ❌️ ⭕️
I am so excited to discover your list 🥰 For me it is danessa myricks light work 6 😍

Xenon is DEFINITELY a New Years moment 🎉 and yes to the 5am no think eyeshadow application 🙆🏽♀️
Good video ❤ I just loved fredoom from danessa! But the best eyeshadow pallete i had ever saw is glam from natasha denona! Happy New Year ❤ kisses

Quelle fantastique sélection de palettes, j'en possède la plupart ❤❤.
That eyeshadow looks so good on you. 👍
Thank you!
I do adore ND Yucca. I do
I knew Mineralscapes would be on your list. Best of the year for me.

I have to say, I never thought I’d fall in love with a “basic” palette. But, my favorite Natasha Denona is “I need a nude”
I did not buy one yeshadow palette this year 🤯
Now that’s an idea: the battle of similar color story eyeshadow pallets.
I can't believe that there was no Suqqu on your list. Sorry, I probably spelled that wrong. 😄
