Mads I did this in January! I felt like I was getting really dependent on my boyfriend and was feeling scared to do things alone (also developed social anxiety) so I really wanted to challenge myself so booked a night in a hotel in central London with a spa and had a whole spa day! Then ordered takeaway to my room and had such a relaxed night on my own I was actually proud of myself for it 😂 so grateful that I was able to do it and hope that you had such a good time cos you deserve it ❤️ hope you’re okay xx
When you started talking about not working on yourself internally, I felt that deep in my soul. Honestly do whatever you need to do Mads bc the people who support you will back you up and continue to support you no matter what! Just want to see you smile and see you become the type of person you thrive to be ✨💛

I find your videos so helpful when it comes to mental health, you explore so many different routes into self love other than the obvious cliché that everyone else talks about. Self love is something I have struggled with ever since I can remember. I have never been truly happy to be me, but also never known how to love me. Best way to reconnect with yourself...and I totally understand your reasons for wanting some independence from your friends, family and Manny, because heaven forbid if anyone would leave your life abruptly you'll know that you'll be fine on your own.

I had the same realisation at the start of this year, I’ve lived with my fiancé for 6 years and realised I’d lost my independence and feel anxious going anywhere by myself, so I’ve been making myself go places alone :)

your videos truly do help, i’m experiencing the same feeling, me and my boyfriend are living in my shared uni house together, and we don’t go out out much, especially without each other there, we just constantly stay together in my room as uni kitchens and living rooms are always grim so it’s hard to separate ourselves. he’s personally fine with it all but i sometimes struggle myself because i love spending time alone and i don’t get to do that often

I’m also gonna watch Batman alone tomorrow and I can’t wait! I’ve just discovered the pleasure of going to the cinema alone and it’s so fun to just be so fully absorbed 💃🏽💃🏽

i'm going to see Batman alone tonight and it's a Friday night and i was thinking how lovely it would've been to go with someone.
i always do things alone because i'm single and my friends are married and have kids (i totally understand that they don't have time to spend with me) but damn, i would love to have a companion.
honestly i feel you on that one girl, i’ve been there! try making some new single gfs maybe going to classes (cooking gym yoga etc) where there will be people in the same boat.. being by yourself is the best company you can keep but it can get lonely so making friends is important❤️

obsessed! I went on a solo holiday to greece and last year (I have a vlog up), I HIGHLY recommend, I can do everything by myself, met new people tooo!, it was so good im planning to do a solo trip ever year now!

Loved this video. I think I should book myself into a hotel one night too. I live on my own and I don’t mind going to the shops or taking a bus or train somewhere by myself but going to a restaurant, cinema or holiday can be a challenge as you feel like you don’t have anyone to talk to. I am actually used to being on my own and I would love to travel more places but i have no one to go with, people are always so busy or just don’t ask so this Video is really inspiring 🥰 glad you looked after yourself on the inside. looking forward to your next video ☺️❤️
