Girl, fry all of your seasonings before you add them to any sauce! I know it sounds weird but it honestly makes such a big difference- instead of adding them to the sauce dry, fry them off first with your onions ect, also if you use any purée, do the same, it unlocks the flavour of the seasoning!👌🏼💕

hey girl! when you do ur rdl’s try to look down instead of up ahead of you. You want a neutral spine! And then hinge at the hips and think about pushing ur butt back so your lower back doesn’t round. :D
Qualified PT here you should always eat before a leg or glute day otherwise there is 0 point in working out said body part in terms of building muscle! Fasted workouts are only good for cardio/an days everything else should always eat before xxx

I mix the powder with organic apple juice and take it as a shot! It’s way easier. Afterwards you can drink a glass of water 😊
