Do keep in mind that each day is sooo different and some days I snack more/less and others I have bigger meals! - 2 weetabix biscuits crumbled ( I like using one plain and one banana flavoured 😏)
-50ml chocolate soy milk
-150ml unsweetened almond milk
-2.5 minutes in the microwave
-go crazy with the toppings :D
♡ recipe: acai
-1cup frozen blueberries
-1/2cup frozen raspberries
-1/2 frozen banana
-1tbsp blueberry soy yog
-1tbsp dried acai powder
-1/2 cup of almond milk (add more depending on consistency)
♡ recipe: apple overnight oats
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup choc soy (you can add only 1/4c for thicker oats)
-1tbsp chia seeds
-1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 chopped apple
-1tsp cinnamon

My favorite is eggplant parmesan! Cause your girl also loves eggplant and cheese. ! I bread an eggplant with beaten egg then dip in breadcrumbs. I get in pan with oil or recently air fryer until golden brown. While it fries I cook a medium onion until translucent, add chopped garlic, 1 can of tomato paste and 2 cans of water stir to combine. Add about a tablespoon of marjoram, salt and pepper. You can add a little hot pepper flakes if you like spicy. Then you assemble in glass dish...sauce, then eggplant, top the eggplant with sauce on a diagonal so you can see the golden crust😋 then top with provolone cheese, shredded mozzarella, and of course grated parm. Sprinkle with some dried basil and bake until cheese is melted ( golden and bubbly!) Top with fresh basil and enjoy!

Banana bread in yogurt?! Do you warm up the bread first, or room temp? I like those little Belvita Banana Bread bars, but putting them in some plain greek yogurt never occurred to me.
Omg I loveeee banana bread in my yog bowl too!! I personally dont heat it up but you could try and see how it is? I just get scared the hot banana bread would make the yogurt go thin😂😂 but its soo good you should deffo try!! & I’ve never seen or tried the banana belvita bars before! Might have to get them and try them crumbled up in my yog bowls too!!🥰
