This is something that can just happens naturally to the body as an expression of the energy that is coming from source. i like this. i do a bit of yoga myself but im still a novice. a good friend of mine started doing his own brand of yoga. he works off the same principals as you do, working with the energy of -and around- the body. he's lost a load of weight and has more energy than he's ever had. he's in the shape of his life! this stuff works!

To cross the limbs is very healthy as well. It is like to cross over Alice's mirror. It helps to connect both hemispheres. The central line (Sanskrit "sushumna") is a union, not a separation between hemispheres. Otherwise I find interesting your exercises and your books. Congratulations.

QQ251647742 nearly identical movements have spontaneously occurred for me while on cannabis so I imagine it’s a variety of factors that determine their emergence. It felt as though I could have fought against the urge to move this way, but it felt natural to do it, to just let it happen. That said, it was unnerving at first because I had no precedent for it. I had never seen these videos or heard of such things.
I started practicing this in between reps at the gym to regain my energy. It works better than the breathing techniques i learned to regain energy. Thank you martin, i look forward to using this technique in the future.On a side note, can LSD be used as an entheogen? Its the only psychadelic i have access to.
Heck yeah it can. Anything that raises your energy will aid you in discovering your true energetic nature. So even cannabis or stimulants (haven't tested the latter) will help, because they increase your body's ability to move (mostly due to dopamine; the chemical that creates movement in animals). As long as you're able to stay perfectly relaxed and focused at the same time, you'll be set to do these movements.
I would love to see more people bringing back energetic/physical intensions that take place during experiences with entheogenics. In my process of taking high dose mushrooms by myself in silent darkness, every teaching and personal evolution has been about getting out of the head, out of imagery/hallucinations/projections and into the present moment and, moreover, the (energetic) body as it is. Thanks Martin, for sharing this. I recognize the movements cause they 'happened' to me too. I would like to recommend to you the teachings from Zhan Zhuang Chi Kung. It contains all the energetic elements, and especially the symmetrical, that i've found in my entheogenic experiences. Let's move forward with this stuff. Kick-ass.

The spiritual heart on the left side talked about ramana maharsi is the duality of the fysical heart on the right so to balance both u need to be in the center unless u are able to see true this illusion and ur enlightened u don't need
being symmetrical in one movement is not the healthy flow. when you are in a good condition and you are walking, your arms are swinging one after another in a complementing way. you can watch ppl. often that their arms are are swinging one after another but one not so much like the other - ther are blockages of energy. you can solve the through intuitive movement ... tai chi and boxing like ... and even jumping - so that you feel the energy flowing from the core. you have to let it come fro m the inside, to clean the source and let it flow then from there. this is imposible through concept - you have to feel it. symmetric in one movement is against nature. in life, when you adapt to circumstances you can not do so - but you can make counter movements to have the balance. nature tells - this is my poit of view ... not neccessarily ultimate truth ;o)
obviously you haven't learned anything from Mckenna if your coming out with those kind of statements.... how about you give me 10 reasons why he should reply to your bullshit comment.... =] come on man. He's just demonstrating what works for him. any kind of discipline or exercise can only be good for you. if you haven't already, you should try it some time. you never know, you may get a lot from it.

One cool thing to try is symmetry with a time lag from left to right.
I was doing these bilateral symmetric movements while on 75ug 1P-LSD. I was confused because I thought it only happens on 5-MeO-DMT.

I remember vividly moving in a smooth fashion without my control on LSD. I can't remember if it was symmetrical or not, but it most probably was.
