You're a lucky man to have such a great Mom encouraging your pursuits and introducing you to a variety of experiences in life. I love that she gently guides you to learn these various life skills and watching you grow and enjoying your passions with you. As a boy Mom, I aspire to parent the same and invest the time to help find my son's passion and share some of mine like fishing and camping. She is a true gem!
This is awesome my man my Mom also introduced me to fly fishing. She took me on a trip on the Madison river in Montana and I caught a 16” brown trout my first fish, I’ve been hooked ever since. Shout out to the fly fishing moms!
Excellent Podcast Episode! It really did paint a picture of how you ended up where you are today. Its nice to hear how supportive your mom is towards something you are passionate about. It really does build a strong confidence when you take that leap into the unknown. Keep putting out the excellent content. I can say that you and the crew have really inspired me to get into flyfishing and exploring unknown waters. I never had the confidence to go it alone until your amazing videos popped up in my feed and it gave me the boost to attend a few free casting lessons at the local shop and get some basics down. I've now made some connections in MT who gave me an open invite to fish with them. As a female angler its a little intimidating but I'm really getting comfortable in just having fun with it. And now I have my dad interested in flyfishing again
I can’t wait to teach my kiddos to fly fish. It’s an experience to share with them for a lifetime. May God bless all mothers for doing their best.
