Hey Sloabies!
Welcome back to another DIY and welcome to a t-shirt reconstruction DIY. I love taking things that you have laying around and turning it into something fun and wearable. I saw this cat t-shirt at Wal-Mart and immediately knew that I wanted it to be worn like a fitted tank. This is not the type of t-shirt reconstruction where you cut and chop and wear only once. This shirt will stay together even in the wash! I hope you guys enjoy these kind of DIYs. I can't wait to share with you more sewing projects!

I love how your diys always have a little something extra like the peep hole and white band at the bottom, whereas a lot of other tutorials would be just cutting the tshirt into the desired shape and that's it. ALSOOO, LOVIN THAT PINK HAIR!! 😍😍💕💕

Boogie woogie ! Now quick question when you sew the bottom part to the shirt do you strech the fabric as you do ? I have so much trouble when sewing jersey fabric it always ends so weird like with wrinkles between the two seams. Thanks for this video and hi from France
Great question! With the band at the bottom you won't have to stretch as you sew. Just sew straight or if the shirt is really stretchy use a zigzag.

I really like what you did to the tea shirt. I noticed you overlocked the neck and armholes before you you turned them under but never mentioned this stage. If you don't have an overlocker will this matter?

Step one: cut off sleeves
