I just so happened to find this video, I recently got separated from my fiancé, she doesn’t let me see our son, and I had been drinking...a lot. I work in pipeline so I am away from home for months at a time so all my troubles seemed to pile up on me all at once. I found this video on the way to location at 4 am. I am so happy that i found this video, it was the turning point that I needed. Since then I have let go of alcohol, cigarettes and have become more of what I need to be for my son and fixing things with my ex. All because of a suggestion that came at the exact right time, God surely does work in mysterious ways.
You are deeply loved by Jesus. Keep going!

I really needed this. I’ve felt so broken and some shame. I constantly tell myself that my life isn’t going to end up how I plan it but how God plans it. Sometimes my anxieties get a hold of me and makes me think other wise. So if anyone sees this, please send prayers. I’m supposed to be taking a test soon that will determine my career. Tests make me nervous. 😔

@@Cassadilla you're welcome. I'm so glad you got out. I've been in abusive relationships in the past too. And sometimes the healing was not just one day at a time, it was also minute by minute. It helps to take joy in the small things and by knowing that nothing (except eternity) lasts forever. I'm still struggling but I know it's going to get better with God by my side. Whatever your struggle is you're never alone. I don't know you but I'm truly rooting for you. And praying for you.
My stone is my marriage it was brought to me by God but the enemy has been allowed to shatter it. God made promises to me shortly after I got saved that has came true. But now one of us think to much has happened and has lost her faith that God wants this marriage and wants a divorce. With God all things are possible. God doesn't break promises. So I'd like the church and all believers to please pray for us. It's strikes right at the heart of my faith. Thank you and God bless

This sermon right here... initiated my second rebeginning. I rededicated my life for God on the 18th of March, but... I also “raised” my hand again last night at the 8:00pm service. Having the fear that I always had for so long about not fitting in has not been good for me, but as pastor Steven said “It doesn’t have to end like this.” . The 18th of March and last night are two special days for me, because I am rededicating my life to diving deeper in my relationship with God. By getting to know him more, I can let go of this fear , let go of my frustration, and let go of my fear of failure. I can also let go of my fear of not fitting in because I fit in here, and with my current local church :) . This new journey, or should I say rejourney, is not going to be easy, but I know now that I am not alone :) . Easter is about new beginnings, and new rebeginnings and I am glad I listened to this sermon yesterday. Thank you pastor Steven, for such a meaningful sermon yesterday :) . I promise I will not forget what I learned :) .
I couldn't watch it live on Easter Sunday as I was hospitalized...watching it today...I have never ever broken down so much in any sermon...tq pastor...glory to God...love from India..

I love this sermon because it applies to me a lot. I have been through a Rudy moment, and I’m still going through it. The movie made me cry so many times lol, but I’m glad that my ending might be a Rudy ending.

my son and i have been watching ur sermons almost every Sunday evening for the last 4-5 months. he is 16 and he can relate to Pastor Furtick. i can say for myself it's refreshing to see this ministry of diverse people and a young Pastor on fire!! i've had enough of the old school preaching if u know what i mean. the jumping up and down in the pulpit in robes and growling. i want something real. i don't want to be entertained i want to be taught how to live my faith. so far i've enjoyed every sermon especially the Christmas sermon! thanks for all u do at Elevation church to reach lives all across the nation and beyond! This is such a good message. God revealed something to me & I can’t deny the messenger. I can’t deny who called me. Isaiah 55:11 “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” ...even when it doesn’t look like it. God is not a man that he should lie. It can’t end like this.
As I'm walking , God is working. Help is on the way. It can't end like this!

Your sermons always hit home. While humorous & sensitive & transparently family oriented, all telling, that is, they are also seriously Christian, Bible based by Book, Chapter, and Verse. Never ever boring. Whether last Sunday's Sermon or even one from 2 years ago, they are applicable today. Pastor Furtick, stop worrying that you will not stand the test of time. You are no flash in the pan. Here today and gone tomorrow. No fad. Your with it movie based references are very appropriate. As a husband and father, you are truly a loving husband and not a fake. You are truly an inspiration to Elevation Church. Also, to us watching by android phone. Thank you very much. You have done your State Proud! Is it NC? This morning i woke up to a disappointing message regarding my module marks. I cried for sometime. Then i went on youtube looking for a tutorial but then this message caught my attention. It revived my soul and boosted my faith. God I am grateful.

I cannot quit and be obedient to God but HE is my DEFENSE and HE is not happy about this.
God may not have an audible voice, but he sure knows how to direct you to the right words. The fact that I am still alive today is so amazing to look at. I have many stories but I can remember when I was in elementary school, I had a terrible accident on my bicycle and I was all alone. I passed out and when I woke up I couldn't see because I had blood running down from my head and I can remember laying in the street hoping I would die, and something kept telling me to get up. Get up !! So many times I've wanted to give up but God pushes me to move forward. Even when I backslide, it gets louder... Get up !!
