I opened a beer, full screen, sound up, chilled out and watched your awesome adventure unfold. Your patience in making your video, awesome soundtrack. At 56yr old, you have made me think of sitting in a rest home in years to come and being pissed off with myself for not exploring the world on a motorbike. I need to do this. Thanks for making it look such an very tiring but very rewarding holistically.
Bud, what the hell are you doing riding thru a Temple.
i'm sorry in Cambodia there was historical area 12:15 you're jumped around on your bike, am i right? is it normal?
Excellent video!
Although I don't condone you riding your motorbike in ancient ruins ...
That bothered me as well.
That doesnt show good sense or respect for other people patrimony.
The video was great until then...
lmao
Even so....
It is not by seeing people throwing papers to the floor, that I will do the same.
Ok. Keep on rolling.
End of discussion :)
Frame 12:24 was clearly a careless violation and respect, don't do this to out of respect of people that provided free shelter and food to you, most citizens of advanced nations always feel entitled and above the poorer nation, don't be careless like them.
anyone notice the guy smack the little kid at 9:32 lol
yeah lmao pick pocket i think
It was a great video till you disrespected Cambodia and the history of this nation by riding through the temple. its not your personal play ground. hope you don't do that shit again.
we should preserve all nations monuments and history and not damage it in anyway.
Seems like you want to start an argument and obviously you have never been there. First of all its world heritage and the history of humanity. You shouldn’t complain about the people who disrespect the site by littering, climbing all over the ruins, making money out of it and not taking care of our history. My soft rubber tires didn’t do any harm except raising awareness for the real issue there
@@DailyRebel you are blacklisted and arrest warrant issued....
Man you're living my dream.
Thanks bro. It's my dream too :-)
9:31 that kid is getting slapped hard hahahah, damn nice video man
lol , didn´t notice
ahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
yes wwas just about to say it hahaha
right, that´s too funny ey? you poor soul
😁😁😁😂😂😂
Hi David.. I am From Cambodia..Your video been amazing. But just wondering .How you can drive your bike entre The Temple As we are not allow ,,??
I think adventure video like this deserves more views and credits due to amount of energy, time, money and overall human spirit it takes to achieve such a journey. Oh and let's not forget about the capabilities of the machine, wow.
Definitely one of the best adventure trips I've seen
Thank you buddy. Your words mean a lot to me!
I am Thai, because motorbikes are not allowed on the expressway. great trip man
Thank you. I had to find it out too. 555
Awesome video! I have a few questions..What was with the fire in Nepal? Why were the motorcycle police pulling you over in India? Was Iran trouble free?
It looked like you were getting pulled over by a welder, also, for motorbikes not allowed on the expressway, there were a lot of motorbikes on the expressway :)
THANK YOU for not complaining the whole video and just focusing on the Beauty!
You’re welcome ☺️ thank you for appreciating my video🤩
9:31 lol that poor kid.
Wholloped
very jealous and full of admiration for your ride but the Angkor Wat scene is too much. lost all my respect right then...just like you did when you were there
One of the coolest i've seen so far! You are living the dream!
This is a GREAT GREAT video! Congrats to your efford to give us, viewers, this quality! Someday I'll be able to have my own motorcycle adventure video!
The best ride video I've watched till date...thanks and congrats for taking us around the world in 12min
12:24 thumb down for that
Nice ride but show respect to local monuments like Angkor vat. You might damage an important thing trying to shoot a silly clip.
Everything is beautifully done; thank you and many more HAPPY TRAILS!
The very best moto adventure video ive ever watch !!!... keep it up!!!
How much money did you have to save to be able to do this?
5:33 Did you recycle the bottle cap?
This is so amazing to watch, hope to ride as far one day and post it too! Great job David!
Nice to see an other young adventure rider from Switzerland :) Would be cool if you could make a video about your gear and your bike. Whats the range of the bike. What Jacket and trousers are you wearing and so on.
Do you already now how long you want to ride? "Only" around the world on a pretty direct route or even more.
One thing I'd like to know is how wide your bike is?
Greetings from Switzerland
how much approx $$$ spent on this trips
12.000!!??? Nothing more !??? Undoubtedly my country is very expensive.
yes just about 12'000 for 1.5 years. it really depends on the style of traveling
Awesome filming skills and 10/10 for camera quality.
Awesome video dude, more people need to know about you and your awesome adventure :) Ride safe pal.
amaizing and nice video... i want to do a travel similiar like yours... can you tell me how much money aprox is needed to do a year travelling? thanks mate and congratulations again for your great work! :)
Thanks a lot bro, I'm happy you like it. I spent about 12'000 for the first 1.5 years
Thanks a lot for sharing your experiences, that was great!
I would like to pretty much the same thing (just different route) and therefor i do have a few questions:
- Did you consider the russia, Pakistan route to Inida?
- Did you need a carnet de passage for India
- (How) where you able to travel through Burma without a guide? could you also enter the border without a guide?
Thanks again, I will make sure to watch your other video's as well!
Beautiful ride there mate. You are living everyones dream. Ride safe
Top class video on RUclips for the youtubers and highly recommended for travelling video. Great work. Keep it up please load up more. Kind regards from uk.

Congratulation man, this is life!
9:31 Just hits kid in the head
wow man u brave for trusting the ktm for that long distance
dude i thought that....it's notoriously unreliable! a ton of other bikes to use....klr, honda xr....half the price...We went thru mex and central america on a klr....total reliabiltiy....but a harsh ride for sure..
Great video!!! I really enjoyed every second of it on the vídeo. Thanks for sharing.
Great video! Looks like an amazing experience, I can't wait to be doing a bike trip with my friend back home. Have fun on the rest of your travels and keep making these great videos :D
Bike stunts within Angkor Wat premises were uncalled-for. That's one of the world's significant heritage site with lot of historic value associated to it and should be given due respect.
that is exactly what I thought, otherwise it was a good video
FatNihilist . His motovlog was awesome.
why the f*** you drive motor into Angkor Wat?
Gets you a couple of years into the worst jail ever
same reaction, absolutly disrespectful, was wondering where all the people were tho
Maybe they let him do it?? Who knows
@@mikeboshko2623 yes they let him drive a motorcycle on a ancient temple site for sure.
Well, there is video evidence to convict him. Maybe an extradition treaty to take him back there. After a few years in one of those jails, he won't think it is so funny.
Such a trip needs much more longer video!!! Very interesting, greatly spent time... ;-)
Good luck on your adventures! Would be my pleasure to meet you next time visiting Armenia.
Great video! I wish I could do a trip like that. One question: Was this trip sponsored? If not, how much did it cost? How long it took?
Thanks a lot. I spent about 12'000$ for 1.5 years. Is is not sponsored. The trip is still going on. Please follow on: facebook.com/TheAdventuresOfDavidKretz
Did you get pulled over and given a ticket or were you being escorted out of the country for not having proper papers?
Thailand, motorcycle are not allowed to ride on the expressway.
I am impressed you managed to enter that close into Ankor Wat on your bike! I did not :( Good stuff bro. C u on the road somewhere
Woow! Gratulations to this awesome Trip and Video of it! These are precious lifetime experiences! Enjoy, take care. Mike
Cool video. Agree with others, riding on old ruins at Angkor not cool though. I was there with my bike too and no need to do that.
thanks mate :)
And when a Temple says don't enter you shouldn't enter bro. And film it
or ride on it
If you happen to be in Japan, there's awesome riding where I live in Okinawa.
Incredible journey! How did you plan for servicing and maintenance on the 690? Also seems you don't have the bigger tank? How did you go about fuel?
9:30 do you see the indian man smack the shit out of that little kid? What a country
Ja wat a jerk
India solution to discipline... sometimes such action can create a profession or a monster.
nice trip! but u shoudnt have rode ur bike on angkor wat temple since its the world wonders and everyone treats it with respect and care. it offences to our society and culture.
I agree that was wrong. I've been there and you should never have done that. But besides the Angkor Wat issue, everything is very well done.
same
what music is this?
and is it non copyright?
What kind of safety gear did you use? and did you have any unforeseen costs?
Which bike is it?
Ratna Shrestha ktm 690 enduro

Nagyon jó videó lett! Isztambulig (igazából a Boszporusz túlpartjáig) szinte minden útvonalat felismertem a szeptemberi túránkról, csak én még nem álltam neki a videók feldolgozásának! :D
I like your adventure, but shit the Angkor ruin is not for ride motobike on
Just because other people are doing it, doesn´t mean, you should too. Don´t be a stupid tourist too. be better

Wow! That was incredible, really amazing. What a blast!! 🤙🏼😁
Didn't subscribe. I gave a thumbs up though. You had me until the last, when you rode through the ancient ruins, up and down the stairs. Disrespectful for me. I'll keep an open mind and wait for more from you. Great job.
Thanks for liking my video. My tires are made of rubber just like all the shoes and I'm not leaving any trash behind or climbing the ruins.
