This headband is the combination between padded & scrunchy style. Light brown polka dots chiffon is used for outer layer and brown silk for inner one. You can try to mix other color for this kind of headband and let me know your project.

- Brown Silk for inner layer (or any kind of brown fabric)
- Basic plastic headband
- Embroidery threads & Needle
