I'm confused about the pricing. Since it's a pool there who does the maintenance? is it monthly fees? This video was 3 months ago. Maybe ya have sold all of them by now.

There are units left. Maintenance is a collective responsibility for all in there.

I just discovered your channel today. I find that this builder had no proper floor planning because, there is the closet/wardrobe unit is blocking a window, also, the apartments are small and those swinging lights in the bedroom is not practical. the first month they will be broken.

1. Those lights are for staging and not the default lighting for all the units.
2. The apartment with the wardrobe blocking part of the small window has 4 windows and the buyer of that unit didn't mind getting more wardrobe space and loosing part of the smallest window in the room.
3. With regards to room sizes. With our over 14 years of Real Estate Development. We do alot of research before we start our projects and we noticed for those price points that's the best size that can make us competitive in that location.

The rooms are 12 feet X 12 feet which are standard sizes for these prices in that location.
