I am also a youtuber so I understand your pain. I went through your catalog to analyse your content and this is what I have to say. There are lots of videos on youtube that will teach you some of the best practices to grow your channel. RUclips is firstly about what the audience want to watch. Audiences will firstly like to watch what is happening to people, organisations, or events that they already know, that is why it is often advised to use trend jacking ( where you talk about things that are trending), when talking about those things, present it in a more unique way, and people will subscribe to you because you are different from the rest, after you build your numbers and your brand, you can then try publishing more lifestyle videos because they know you better.
After everything I've researched you got to keep showing up. Post weekly or more at best with long form. If you're going to do shorts you'll need to post at least every other day or more. Realize your friends and family really don't care. They prob support and are routing for you; but don't count on them to make up the bulk of who will watch or consume your content. You want hundreds of thousands of subs and thousands of views each video; none or a little of that will actually come from people you know. It'll be from organic fans who like you. Also you should really focus on making yourself better each video and trying to pump out 100 long form videos. Until then you're still in rookie phase and no one likely will be watching; but that's how it is for everyone.
Very Eloquent🔥🔥

You’re frequency of posts aren’t enough. You need to post at least once a week for it to be promoted
