The "famous Dendera light bulb" is definitely not a light bulb. The lotus flower closes and dips underwater in the nile at night and then surfaces back up & opens in the morning, it represents the cycle of life or life after death something of that nature. ;) You will see the head of Tut Ankh Amoun statue placed on a Lotus flower as well. So there are many other examples regarding the lotus flower. Peace :)

The entire mural is a depiction of how to have an out of body experience with the help of heaven. To leave the body for a short time without dying. It is a form of prayer and meditation. The clips of writing within the scene talk of the 'Master refined condition" and the unseen fruit. Now this is my speculation but I think they are referring to some sort of substance that one ate to help facilitate this experience....an entheogenic mixture of some kind.
