thanks so much for your help of this daunting task, watched your video, ordered part from Amazon, got it today, installed it and now machine running with a lot of prayers along the way.
Took mine off and it smells of burning and you can SEE BLACK BURNED SPOT under that silicone. 100% thats the issue. Thanks for telling me where to look!
well I wish. read what you had said. so I already spent all that money on the DC92-01989D board and that didnt fix it and im still getting the AC6 so now I guess ill order the 2nd board and hopefully this works. my machine has been down since June and Samsung support is garbage.
Thanks for this. I’m have the AE6 error pop up but only after I enter diagnostic mode or quick test mode. The washer isnt entering spin cycle but i can actually navigate. This just started today. I’m wondering if this is the smaller pcb that you changed or if its the main… maybe I’ll order both but i plan on hopefully getting back there soon to get a visual. These are in a small laundry room so its going to be challenging to access, unfortunately
@@jplee3 I'm leaning towards the smaller one that I replaced since you're getting the A6E error, however it's odd that you can still navigate the cycles. Let us know what it ends up being!
@@Handy-Mann so i ended up swapping out the smaller inverter board and, unfortunately it didn’t seem to resolve the AE6 code that shows up in service mode when trying to look at the diagnostic codes. Interestingly though, i am able to get it to work for its spin test but I can’t pause the spin test so thats a little concerning and Im thinking maybe the main board needs to be replaced still
One more quick update but I ended up clearing the EEPROM memory (forgot which button combo it was) after replacing the PCB and I think the AE6 errors might be gone now. I will have to double-check but I think we might be back up and running! I'm still a little concerned about the main PCB but will update as I find more...
No I don't believe they're the same thing. You can download the owners manual from online and it might point you in the right direction. It likely will be the same part replacement though if you're having the same issues I was.
@@Handy-Mann lol thank you for responding well I spoke too soon. I left on self clean and I came back I noticed the tub doesn't spin. so I tried to just do a spin cycle and nope not spinning. went back and checked all the wires to see if everything was plugged in and yup its all plugged in and I can't figure out why the tub doesn't spin. I open the back panel to check what happens and I can hear the pipes draining but I dont see the tub spinning or even a humming sound its just dead
Visually inspect those computers for any burnt damage, happened to me. He says in the video theres 3 motherboard computers. Inspect all 3 and make sure connectors are plugged in all the way

I e been getting this issue with my flex washer and stupid Samsung won’t fix it.
Is AE6 code and AC6 code the same? Mine is AC6. Door is locked shut and everything else happening to you is the same.

Well you’re not responding but hey thank you that was the issue. I replaced it and boom now it’s working. Even the door unlocked
Sorry I didn't respond earlier, but I'm glad it worked!!!

Puede ser que marque el error ea6 por que quedo mal conectado en su conector ..el panel de mando
Ese es el error AE5
I replaced the part, but 2 days later I got the same issue and Error code!
Can somebody help what I should do?

Mine burned out tonight and stunk up the house 😂.
Did replacing the PBA board fix it?
