How to Make a Sidecar

After a stressful & busy start to the year, it's time to finally unwind and get back to it with this week's cocktail -- the Sidecar!
1.5 oz (45 ml) Cognac
0.75 oz (22.5 ml) Orange Liqueur
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
Garnish: Orange (or Lemon) Twist
Garnish: Sugar Rim (optional)
Add the cognac, orange liqueur and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with an orange/lemon twist.
