When you take your resume to a potential employer, you are asking to be paid for your old stuff because it is a demonstration of what you can do for the new employer. Great interview, wish it was longer. Its clear he genuinely has the people in comes into contact with best interest at heart. His words about Kenan setting the foundation for their craft, Damon taking him to shows, and just his overall positivity proves he grew up with dope role models. This man has values that would change the game if all entertainers practiced them.
