Thanks for letting us know about the extra channel. Saw BackMacSci when he first made videos about his Plasma Toroid, exciting stuff! Your suggestion of slow-motion photography is a great idea, would love to see that.
Whoah! You know what be a REALLY cool idea for this? Make the glass chamber a really tall and wide cylinder oriented vertically, with a return tube behind it thay cools the gases. Then when the cooler gases flow back into where the discharge initiates, the channels could be made to casue the gases to swirl into a vortex as they rise through the large vertical glass tube. Would be so cool to watch a swirling vortex of multicolored electric discharges!
Hi Ben! I just thought I'd let you know that Cabot Stain has just introduced a new Heat- Reducing deck stain, which they claim can reduce temperatures by up to 20°F. I can't find any list of the active ingredient(s) responsible for this claim, and thought you might be interested in investigating their claim.

One of my favorite booths at OpenSauce for sure! Love Tate's videos but in person it's even more amazing.
This was great.

Interesting, I'll have to look into that
@NHiLExtra of course, I just restained my deck AND they don't make the same color...
Heh, i just mentioned opensauce in a comment on your main channel.
I would pay money for a wearable plasma device which incinerates mosquitos if they try to land on me.
I’ll buy the prototype. The patent is yours. 😜
