Get the backpod it works. I had it bad and bought it and used it for a few months and fixed it. The guy who invented it deserves all the money he’s gotten for it as he’s the reason i can go back to working out without pain

I think physical treatment is the main answer. A theraopst working hard to break down muscle adhesions between the ribs through manual manipulation and freeing up raised ribs at the back.
Why is me entire thorasic part of the spine sore to the touch, I'm trying to work the back but it's on fire.
Mime is aggravated when my Sed rate goes up. Many with Rheumatoid Arthritis due the inflammation of the tissue in the chest and and between the ribs.

Hello Dr Kell, I have lived with this condition since 16 years old, and a few decades later, I'm finding that episodes are getting longer and happening more often with pain radiation into my back. Is this a progressive condition? Many thanks for such great information 🙏🇨🇦
No doctor but has anyone checked your potassium and magnesium levels yet 🤔. Make them tell you where you are on scale not just "normal" personally hate that .also check Vit D

I get mine popped by a chiro only way I get relief or it won’t stop also my shoulder blade always needs release.
This has been literal hell for 5 years and pretty much ended my love of boxing . I thought for so long it was my heart or some kind of cardiac disease . I do the stretches from your videos and sometimes they work but I've been training again recently and I just can't seem to shake it . I don't want to get cortisol injections would you recommend anything else like accupuncture etc .
Please I just want to live my life again and train hard in what I love in life 🙏
im glad im not alone its been neally a year now had been competiting powerlifting back in the day always done heavy trainning strongman its come to a halt every time i train get alot of discomfort your not alone
Same!!! I loved doing cardio and I loved doing burpees and nothing helps!
Only Icing it works but that even takes forever to calm it down.
I miss working out I gained 40 pounds because as much as I try to workout I end up just holding my chest in pain n can't finish.

I've has this since I was a child and I'm 37 now and find that breathing warm air over the stove from hot water infused with Eucalyptus oil helps..just put your face over the steam and breath slowly but deeply and when it hurts, just hold it there and breath in a little more..if it hurts then exhale and breath again and breath a little deeper each time...and if you move your arm up (on the side that hurts) it helps too with yir breathing...it should go away in a couple of mins...

I like when i get massaged, i feel i can breath better. But it does feel sore after.
Thank you. Yes touching it makes it worse! Trust me. Exercise also helps, strenghening the back. My main problem, last step before im 100% healed is that my upper back ribs or intercostal muscles feel very tight and stuck - so if I hug someone or bend over it causes pain in my chest. I've been trying to figure out how to loosen that up. Any ideas?

What if your ribs are popping in multiple places on each side? My ribs pop in so many places I can’t even count it hurts like a mofo been 2 years just gets worse and worse worse only 20 yrs old
Best thing I've found that's helped me is aggressively reducing inflammation, meaning no more dairy, gluten, or sugar.
