A film about three brothers fishing Swedish Lapland together!
At the time, I filmed with the idea in mind of making a film for just my brothers and me. After uploading two shortfilms however, people encouraged me to upload the full film, so: Here it is!!
Since this wasn't supposed to be made public, I didnt have a script or any plan while filming. Still, I'm quite happy with the result. I hope you'll enjoy it anyway!

Thank You so much for sharing your special annual get together. It is so nice to see brothers bond together, especially by fishing. I am 61 yrs old, have fished since I was 6 yrs old, in every facet of the sport. It is the greatest gift, & pleasure that I have enjoyed throughout my life. This is one of the most pleasurable fishing films I have watched, thoroughly enjoyable, professional & a great family archive film for you all to reminisce over in your later years. Ich war 1988 in Lapland während ein 6 Wochige Reise durch Finnland, Schweden und Norwegen. War damals noch kein Fliegenfischer und habe sowieso nicht gefischt. Was ich mich von Lapland erinnere sind die Milliarden Mücken. Die haben mich damals fast zu "Tode" gestochen. Da hilf kein Mückenschutzmittel.
Euer Film ist ein echte Liebeserklärung ans Fliegenfischen. Nur weiter so.

This is a beautiful film. I am drawn by the similarities between our North American and the European love of the outdoors. We are all brothers (and sisters) bound by the same spirit. The film footage and music is wonderful. That last song really sealed the deal for me. Tallest Man On Earth "Love Is All". I never heard it before, sounds a little like Bob Dylan to me. I need to find it on iTunes now. I'm a subscriber now!
Good to see Brothers fishing as I do with my brother and my son we fly fish up Northern Scotland in the wilds for brown trout and it’s just great as life is short so we must enjoy 🎣 I enjoy watching your trips just good stuff 👍 👌🏴

This video reminds me of the classic Trout and Greyling fishing in Norway, a 90´s film that is incredible.
Thank you! Actually started Fly Fishing in New Zealand while traveling the country....LOVE IT! still trying to find a way to get back there and maybe even live there for a couple of years or so.

Thank you so much for a great little film about brothers, friends and why we fish... It is, after all, for so many reasons and you've managed to capture many. I to, loved the music. It was very cool to hear you use Johnny Cash in the later stage of his life...and, so much of the scenery is very similar to Vancouver Island where I live and fish. Great job!

Beautifully done... I really enjoyed this film. You did a great job of capturing the entire experience, not just the fishing!
Some of those streams remind me of streams in the Adirondacks near where I live. I think I'll go fishing tomorrow ;-)
