Haha Rollen, yeah Dirty Loops are always what the music doctor ordered 🤣💊😂 To listen to this track, I always feel like a kid in a candy store, or watching an epic movie…. it just leaves you speechless 😱 And you can analyze it for ever, the chords and harmonies, the strings, the sound effects, and label it endlessly (Skrillex meets James Bond meets Fifth Element;) and also know that Jonah has a penchant for film music writing, as well as Aron being a prolific orchestral composer, -but in the end this tune just spins you around and takes you to some strange and wondrous place ✨🪐✨ This song is just so well written, it continues to haunt me… For the credits I’d say don’t stress 😉 at least for myself, I often have to take a deep dive into some Swedish translation and other websites. Thanks for another rad Dirty Loops reaction, Rollen 🙏
You're right it was awesome. Not too much in the credits for this one - they do have a bit of fun with the drum tech "Urban Näsvall" (that one's fine but then he turns into Bass Tech: Urban Dictionary, Keyboard Tech: Urban Deli...). And if you look at the guitars, skit i bas and stylist somethings definitely going on there too 🙂
Many of the fun parts are actually in Swedish so... Leif Mannerströms smaskiga bollar = Leif Mannerström's Tasty Balls, Lim = Glue, Salladsborrmaskinen AB = Lettuce Drill Machine Inc, Mer gluten till folket Holdings = More Gluten For the People Holdings. O'Boy = A common chocolate drink (powder you put in milk), O'Girl = A ploy on O'Boy, Skitsamma = nevermind.
Urban is a usual first name in Sweden, So Urban Näslund is just a normal name, and then they just played on that with Urban Dictionary and Urban Deli. Then the "Special thanks" section at the end is sort of internal Swedish silliness. There is also some Swedish silliness in the middle that we perhaps can't translate to sensitive eyes.
