    Thanks for sharing ... kindly am thinking doing a project on challenges of pediatrics positioning and solutions..so am kindly asking you to recommend me the best texts to read on..I will highly appreciate..

      You can try Clark's or Bontrager textbooks on radiographic positioning. They have nice pediatric sections. I personally haven't read 'Fundamentals of pediatric radiology' by donnelly, but I think should be very helpful too.
