    Clake has been selling a similar product for years and I love them. They are made in Australia and have never really caught on in the United States, I think because they are expensive. The Clake product is called the "One Light Clutch" . I switched to the Clake Two which also has a Left Hand Rear Brake. That system sets up both levers in the same plane instead of one lever high and one low. It allows me to use the clutch with the index finger and the LHRB with the middle finger. I love it and recommend the Clake products--they were first to market with this kind of design

      I have a Clake as well. It’s amazing. The R&DURO is the same price as the Clake but is an addon to the master cylinder whereas the Clake has a new master cylinder built into it. You get more with the Clake IMO. However, if you want to keep the standard look of a clutch lever then this is a nice option. Clake lever is different for sure.

      @@window2time doesn't the Clake have a longer engagement point than stock?

    I've had one of the other levers that claim to ease the pull but they make the engagement point worse. This thing is pricey but super well built and keeps me riding longer with less fatigue. I paired it with their shorty clutch lever for a true single lever pull.

    Are your handlebars full width? Out here on the east coast we usually take an 1" or so off overall length to deal with super tight trail. It looks like the perch and clamp are close to bend and might inter fear with the geometry of the levers.

    What are your guys thought when comparing the R&Duro EZ clutch system to the CLever EZ Pull Clutch Levers by Midwest Mountain? i have the Clever Lever and dont find it that great. Found it hard to adjust and am leaning towards this R&Duro one now. Thoughts?

    • @brianwilson1145
      @brianwilson1145 2 дня назад

      @@BraedenMarcaccio I've had both. The mid West lever is super finicky but when adjusted right, it did produce a slightly lighter pull. What I didn't like about it was the engagement point felt a lot longer than stock. With the Rnduro, the pull is even lighter and the engagement feels exactly like the stock lever.
      On a side note, I do still run the mid West brake lever. Love the feel of it.

    Seems like a no-brainer for hard enduro.
    What are pros/cons for easier trail/dual Sport riding.
    Thoughts on this vs rekluse as a ‘next part to install’ on an adventurized ‘24 Ktm 450.

      It really doesn’t sound like you need either. Rekluse only offers stall prevention in slow technical situations and it’s easy to get lazy with your clutch modulation. Just ride it the way it is.

    • @slaverace1
      @slaverace1  3 дня назад

      This set up is great for guys that want a light clutch pull with a manual clutch. The Rekluse is for those of us that want no stalling, no lever use, more traction and more fun.

    • @richardconnoly

      Water can enter the housing via pressure washing, so open up the bottom and ensure the spring and internals are water-free and well-lubricated. Other than that, ride on and have fun. I put the short levers on both sides and love the setup.

    Nice product. But they pkg it in a fancy overpriced plastic box that I really could care less about. Pkg it in a cardboard box and adjust the price accordingly and the mfg might get more interest.
