Thanks for this! The demo looks really great. I was a bit sceptical of the visual style (not in terms of colors and the environments but instead of things like the 3D assets and overall modeling) but this demo has removed all my worries. The game feels like the little nightmares we know and love while still adding something very fresh and new to the series. Necropolis looks absolutely wonderful and I'm loving how filled the environment is with details and possible lore implications! The gameplay is obviously quite simple, both beacuse this is little nightmares we're talking about and beacuse this is the beginning of the game so it works as a tutorial. One thing I find interesting is that different areas in ln3 from the trailers seem to be connected to the areas in the sounds of nightmares podcast, but the necropolis wasn't apart of the podcast. I don't know if the other areas in podcast will show up in ln3 but it would be really cool to experience the areas Noone experienced in her nightmares! Overall even more excited for ln3 than I was before, it looks awesome.
Im so excited for this part, especially after seeing that eventually there will be a nightime version of the necropolis! We never got to see a shift from daytime to night in the LN universe. I think night may make things a lil creeper! ❤

Also the demo is awesome and super cinematic, the scenes with the monster baby are so much more cinematic now with the dynamic camera and better lighting, I also love the door beneath the gear area, that wasn't there before in the pre-alpha footage. The fact that they replaced the long climbing scenes with using the umbrellas instead shows that they are listening to the community and truly want this game to be the best it can be. Also they placed even more dwellers in random places. We better get this demo by halloween, I can't wait to play it myself and watch itsjustjord's and superhorrorbro's playthrough!
Yeah I really want to play the demo, I sure will be exploring every inch of the world - yeah Halloween would be a great time to release a public demo 😉 I will probably be playing as low as the bow looks fun to use and of course is great for long ranged combat like shooting down those beetles

That is what I'm thinking, they both have a different perspective, which if that is the case, that probably why it is online co-op and not local co-op It just wouldn't work if both players could split off, do their separate things and experience different stuff

I think the character selection screen needs work, you know how in the first game you’d hover over a character and they’d stand up? Also a different start to the game with some context

Its the mirror. I'm guessing that the starting cut scenes are the characters "goal" to the game. Or the end. Here's my theory: Low could be manipulated into thinking he has powers, when in reality, its the mirror.
As for the animation, it is not like the original studio. This is another studio, not the same as the original one. His name is Super I don't know the rest and he is the studio that made Man of Medan and dark picture game
It looks about the same to me idk what your on a about like it’s brighter then I don’t see that as an issue since LN1 and LN2 haven’t just been pitch black games the whole entire way

Best thing about it is the new desert environment, worst thing about it is the lack of the original vibe and also the character designs look less like homeless "survivor" children and more like normal children wearing halloween costumes.
But maybe low and alone got transported to the nowhere while wearing those "Halloween costume" clothes? Not every child is gonna be wearing dark colours like six without her raincoat, mono and the runaway kid, for example. Also, you say it lacks originality but if anything, low and alone wearing a different style of clothing IS original. They seem to be more used to this world than we know of with how strategic they are, maybe they just like to dress up funny as a way to make everything better for them?
@@owoartz6322 it is heavily implied that these two have been trapped in the LN world for quite long (the little girl is actually interested in the world and doesn't even want to leave lol) so it makes sense why they're dressed like that, they make use of the things around them (Alone is wearing an old watch or a magnet attached to a piece of leather so she can easily store the wrench, goggles for protection) Low probably has a "cape" that he can use as a blanket or other stuff, a makeshift bow, etc.

I think it looks creepy. Ghost towns in general, I think, are creepy, especially when there are the bodies of the people who live there. And who wouldn't be creeped out over a giant living porcelain doll baby?

just look at the monster baby from LN3 concept art compared to this. Supermassive games did really bad job and i wished it never had another sequel
