I can help you this way look for a book " MOTORSPORTS AURORA V8 ENGINE HANDBOOK " it is a GM publication talking about converting a AURORA V8 to INDY CAR specs motor was a popular book in 1996 and has part # and company # for finding parts and guidance for what all is involved hop this helps you peace and much respect to you ✌️ Jason
About 10 years ago there were 15 of them complete, in crates, on eBay for $1500 each. My lawyer screwed up the mortgage I was taking out to have some fun money and by the time it was straightened out, they were gone.

@@jasonhumphry5836 I have that book, it is great. The Shelby engines were for the Shelby Series 1 and came complete with electronics.
I'm sure you could get similar output with a supercharger on the 4.0l V8 they put in the Aurora
I really appreciate the patient overtaking. So many times in vintage, people with faster cars in mixed groups drive like knuckleheads.
