Going off the grid with Hawaiian solar power

It may not be for everyone, but a handful of ultra-rich homeowners in Hawaii seem to be demonstrating the future of household energy.
After all, Hawaii is an example of how solar power systems can be used well.
But people here say the process of installing panels is so difficult, they're cutting ties to the electricity grid entirely.
