Hey Aaron, would you be referring to a disruptive audience member(s)? If so, I would recommend tiering your approach. If it is only occasional and short-lived, you may choose to either ignore or try pausing entirely because the rest of the audience WILL know the reason why and all attention will be shifted to the source of the "noise"/ distraction. You have just gotten the whole audience on your side and against the distractors. Verily, if it gets overboard, you may have to assert to the distractors that "if they have any matters to attend to, please kindly do so outside of the room/ event hall. If you're referring to how not to be afraid and affected by the audience, I would advise changing the relationship with the audience. They are not there to see you fail. They are not there to kill time. They are there to listen to you. They want to be educated, entertained, or informed. Think about how you can benefit each of them and treat them as a dear friend of yours whom you are sharing some highly important tip or advice. 😍😍
