Its Lemmo that sounds good and the amp mostly!! I bet every penny I have if Lemmo picked up my Mexican strat at home it would suddenly be transformed into the 'best sounding guitar ever'

This is probably one of the best (if not, THE best) sounding Stratocaster I've heard on this show. Also, Lemmo is simply magnificent!

That is a killer Strat! Some have it, some don’t and that one definitely has it. Super dark burst too. Never seen one quite like it. Never seen one stay in tune so well after dive bombing the trem bar either
This 'real' Strat is divine. Leo and his team back in their days of perfection is awesome.

What a fantastic demonstration. We live in a world of manufactured talentless rubbish after a fortune and then there are musicians like this. This is a showcase of not only a wonderful instrument but a young chap with an amazing interpretation. Keep up the great playing we all enjoy it !

Yes, the "Vintage" telecaster sounds great with the Amp combo, but in the hands of a rookie, I'm not so sure you would be as impressed. Norm, hang on to this young man; he is a treasure!

I bought a mint 1964 vibrolux in 1970 for $100. Amazing amp. I had it for over 20 years. Sold it when I had to move cross country. Regrets I've had a few.

Someone help me out here: if someone told me that this sound was a Squier classic vibe through the right amp, I’d believe them, bc I don’t have the ear for it.
There’s no denying that this sounds incredible… what precisely accounts for the “it” factor? What does a trained ear hear that sets it apart from a nice modern custom shop, or even a player?
Is it the aged wood? The hand wound pickups? The electronics?
