Why should he rule against the prosecution. That prosecutor has done nothing wrong but try to get a witness to repeat the testimony that she gave in the beginning. She refused to do that. She'll be arrested for perjury. And she needs to be. Way too many people want these guys back on the street. Why? Don't you think People have a right to feel safe in their community. Are you a criminal? Is that why?
He also motioned for the judge to recuse himself from the case for improper conduct. The judge has berated him in front of the jury several times and he has been wrong lol.

This case is a joke. The prosecution is stringing together unrelated events from 10-12 years ago trying to make it some grand conspiracy. It’s not that. This case was over zealous. What kind of Rico have you heard of when half of the coconspirators never even met before the trial? They have 700 witness no exaggeration and they keep introducing new evidence that the defense hasn’t received in discovery. This is a waste of tax payer money. Love has tried so many different dirty tactics as a prosecutor, now she’s stepped in a pile of $hit she can’t get out of. But I’m waiting to hear the ridiculous response the state gives. In my honest opinion Love and the Judge needs to be removed for these guys to be given a fair trial.
