They really did Marisa dirty with the Drive Reversal change. She has no 6 frame medium so she has to punish with a jab, its so bad

Wouldn't call that dirty. If she couldn't punish it at all, that would have been dirty.
The problem is that her best user Big Bird has already given up on her at the tournament level. So we're unlikely to see her there. But she's still a dominant character at lower levels.
