Glad to see your over the virus Jarra mate and back to fishing, love spinning on the light gear myself thanks for another great video mate, tight lines
Glad to see your better now mate . Class vid looks great up there. Me and my mate were fishing the Hebburn spot u were at it was snag city lost loads of gear not good at all had better look further down the river. Keep the vids coming mate tight lines.
Yes hopefully I can try again soon...I knew it would be slower than in summer but was just glad to actually catch something...thanks for your comment Tim
Great video, is this mark quite accessible along from the light house? I haven't gone to St Abbs yet but I know a lot of people like it. Would like to try a safe spot
tbh ALC there sre no safe spots at st abbs head all require a head for heights and some are very sketchy...the crocs back to the left of the lighthouse is the easiest mark but not the best
Glad to see your feeling better now jv..well done in getting back to St abbs and getting the coleys..thought u were gonna get a Pollock a well next time without a doubt
Going up Friday in van so will fish Friday and sleep in van then fish Saturday . Try a few different marks on the Friday weather looks good also .tight lines
Cod only at night or in coloured sea i find down that coast in wintertime. Bait best too. But have to say, spinnins more active in the cold and a pile o coalies on light gear is well worth the effort. Gid stuff.
@@jarrowvikingsinsaneangling9785 fished up n doon that coast for years. In the dark off east side of st abbs harbour is a good spot. Also Coldingham beach will be 3 flatties a cast at night to any bait jyst now. Love that area.
@@jarrowvikingsinsaneangling9785 nae worries, iv learnt a lot watchin you. Your way better than me at the fishin . It is such a nice area just to be in and theres always somethin to catch.
I was up eye mouth yesterday tried a session myself ended up with about 8 Cole's tried the metals and soft plastics the metals done the business for aswell no cod or Pollock tight lines bud
cheers for the iinfo yes i think we might have to wait until may for some better days...still its just great being up there and a fish is a bonus...well done and thanks for the comment 👍
Great stuff Dave ... he still has his drone weathers been rubbish for flying though thats why he wont have posted anything of late....haha i actually crashed mine into a goal post and smashed it to bits very luckily i had it insured and now have a new one i think the drone footage helps the video a lot however i sometimes get some criticism for the music but hey ho thats my way and it seems to work...heres to the future Dave 😉
@@jarrowvikingsinsaneangling9785 drone footage makes a good video into an excellent video , as for the music if people dont like the music thats there problem. you just keep on doing the videos dave top draw m8
