The beat of this song is a march if I'm not mistaken. You wanna march, not dance ;) There are many KINO songs which are made in a march rhythm. There is also some mystic connected to this song. If you read the lyrics especially the last strophe you can probably notice that it is connected to the legend of Ikarus - the guy who flew too high with his self made wings and was burnt by the Sun. More exactly the sun melted the glue and his wings fell of so he fell down. The bus which crashed in Viktors car was also of the name Ikarus!

Привет из России! Поясню - Виктор был вне политики. Некоторые иностранцы считают его творчество протестным. Он НИКОГДА НЕ ПИСАЛ ПРОТИВ СТРОЯ И ВДАСТИ. ЕГО ПЕСНИ О ДУШЕ И ВНУТРЕННЕЙ БОРЬБЕ. Стремлении к звездам и свету. Поэтому его слушают все концессии и все течения в России.
Оно и видно, что его запрещали
