Does that mean we can't teach about Irish immigration patterns? Anti Irish immigrant sentiments? Should we get rid of AP European History then as well?
Don't play dumb. Just because people were born in the US, and are Americans, doesn't mean they lose their history. It also doesn't mean that the stories of their ancestors aren't interesting and important for us to learn about today.
