Uk is Very, very expensive. Food prices have increased considerably and rent prices are very high as well. Saw numerous videos where lots of UK millionaires have migrated to other countries. UK's richest plumber migrated s few months ago
Most of those who came to the UK through studies, studied irrelevant courses to the UK job market...MBA, International business management, HRM etc. They graduate and realize their mistakes, then go into care jobs, security etc Courses in psychology, opens doors to many opportunities in the UK as the demand is high when well skilled.
Then later they ask you how many years work experience you have to get that job. Let's go back home and find a solution to our problems rather than this jangolover life.
This guy is speaking facts I am on an average wage job and only have £200 disposable income after, rent, car insurance, food etc….. barely nothing. These politicians are living life good raking in public fund money 2nd houses etc.. while we all out here suffering with little to nothing after being paid.
Not only the UK brother all the western countries are collapsing and everyone his leaving back to their countries I’m praying for my turn I can’t wait to go back home. To Africa I’m tired
My brother, I totally understand what you are saying about the inflation and high cost of living in the UK as well as difficulty in finding a job one really likes. However, in my own opinion and as you have rightly pointed out, there is global inflation in many parts of the world be it other parts of Europe, the US , Canada, Asia, the Middle East etc. After COVID, a lot of countries have struggled to get back to how things used to be. Therefore, I don't think the UK is worse than many other parts of the world economically. The only main issue I see in the UK especially in the big cities like London and even the outskirts of London and some other cities in the UK, is the constant increase in house rent which is not in line with the salary or wages of many people. As regards to going back to Africa, as specifically Nigeria in this case, I really don't see myself ever leaving the UK to go and live in Nigeria or invest in Nigeria. The truth be said, even though my extended family live in Nigeria, that country is far beyond repair with massive corruption at the political/government levels and the lack of very basic infrastructures like healthcare, good roads, constant electricity, security, water supply, job availabilty and affordable food prices, all of which are totally lacking in Nigeria. The Government removed fuel subsidy without cushioning it's effect on every thing from food price increases, transport fare increases etc. I regularly go to visit relatives in Nigeria, so I am speaking from experience the way the country is almost totally messed up. In Nigeria, you have to be of the elite class to live a comfortable live. Yes the UK has it's problems but I can eat three square meals a day, have constant electricity, have the NHS/GP services which though far from perfect is 💯 better than the health services provided in Nigeria. I sometimes hear this silly argument from some people comparing the UK economy to the Nigeria economy i.e. saying that £1000 can do a lot in Nigeria but can't do a lot in the UK. The question that such people should ask themselves is that how many people in Nigeria earn close to £1000 a month???? The in-considerate Nigerian government selfishy think it's an achievement and doing the Nigeria people a favour by offering 70,000 Naira a month which is frankly laughable considering the cost of a bag of rice in Nigeria at moment, not even considering house rent school fees and health care which such pathetic 7,000 Naira a month offer!!! I will ever remain grateful for living and working in the UK and will NEVER go back to settle or invest in Nigeria but just go there for family visits. I am just a normal worker in the UK struggling like every other UK resident but in my own opinion in spite of everything, it's still better to live here than invest or move to Nigeria or any other parts of the world. Things are hard every where.
I get your point, but the guy has an actually valid point. The entire West is crumbing and everyone knows that.Next year they might be in world war 3 with Russia. Also there is inflation.Know will be better if you sit down and see if the west will actually fall, end up in world war 3 or flourish.
We hate the cold damp rain. Over processed poison foods. The whole rat race. I left in 2020 to Ghana..made my money and left. Would never live there again
this country run by rich people which live on different level then normal people , so how they can understand needs and problems of normal people if they dont care
Yep, put on the math that alot, but alot of people are coming too UK and not leaving. Mostly leaving are unhappy Brits and most coming are the illegal immigrants by boats and other means. So logically the housing issue will get worse since less rental are available on the market pushing the prices up as it has to shelter more and more people
Absolute truth. All your money goes back to pay rent, and other bills plus depression at a high level.
