I usually fix all the b/s flat head, clean carb and new plug is about it most of the time, most of the cables are bad and I keep a large amount of different ones 😊 First time watching 😊
They are nice to work on, a lot of times it’s pretty simple. I use to have a bunch of good used cables but somehow miss placed them, possibly got mixed with one of my scrap runs. I appreciate you watching and commenting. I’m trying to get better with filming what I’m doing
I did end up cleaning the tank and put more fresh fuel in before he picked it up. I did suggest the blade but he didn’t want anything else done. He wanted it as cheap as possible to get it going again
I would've told the customer they're right, they're not worth fixing. These mowers aren't even worth $5 ea. As is. Dumping another $50-$75 into a mower that wont bring $40 running hardly makes sense. Unless a guy is excited about making $9hr there is no way to fix these properly an make the customer happy.
The green one he ended up giving me as a parts machine since it wasn’t worth fixing. The other one he was happy to have it going again and has been using it to cut his rental properties with

I hope that you cleaned out the petrol tank and sharpened the blade before the customer collected the mower.
