The Venue only sells certain seats that are in the line of sight of the concert. Most of these arenas are for sporting events not dedicated concerts. This is the reason the don't sell seats that are behind the stage and off to very extreme side of the stage. Nobody wanted to sit in those seats you can't see anything unless you want to just look at everybody's backside the whole show
