    I wanna see how you fit under the sink and do it not do it on one being built with lots of room

      I just did mine, it's more beneficial to get a good look at the mock up,

      I agree, I have to cut out the panel covering the faucet hookups to avoid either removing the sink or the shelf under the sink.

    I want to see you do it in the camoer/Rv

      For real. Anyone can do it when it's outside the rv. The issue in my rv is the fact that my sink is virtually inaccessible. I have to remove all the drawers and literally crawl into the cabinet itself at an angle to even think about getting to it

      I was lucky enough that someone cut the back of the cabnit already.. they did a decent job on making it square enough I think I can make a door for it ... a cabnit door inside a cabnit haha

      For mine I just cut an access panel on the outside of the rv and the I used metal duct tape to hold it back when I was done. It almost looks factory still. I'll probably paint the tape to match next year some time when my tax return comes in

    I think the tricky part is getting access to it inside the RV. Am I suppose to bust a hole in the RV. LOL...

    Okay, I just want to say "Thank you" for showing this video. Just a suggestion, they're different manufacturers that make different RV's, Motorhomes, & 5th Wheels. What I found out is that the spaces are different from one another. Is it possible to show us through going inside these recreational vehicle's to really explain to FIX/REPLACE those items; believe me, I'm not the sharpest knife in the draw although, someone does take me out from time to time.

    Thanks for the video. At the beginning you mentioned the washer but that was it. Do they ever dry out and leak? Where can i get replacements. None of the rv dealers around me carry them. It seems you have to buy a new faucet to get them.

    Liked your video ❤ but your setup looks like the Red Hot water Apex is hooked on the wrong side. Hot water is always on the left handle. I Just need to pay attention 😂

    I think most folks can change out a faucet. I turned on this video to see how you removed the wood, covering the back of the sink to access the faucet connections. To avoid removing the sink what is the best way to cut those panels out? Thanks

    • @KeystoneRVCompany
      @KeystoneRVCompany  6 месяцев назад

      Good Morning, Thank you for your inquiry! These panels should just pop off for you to access the sink. If it does not do this we would advise consulting a local Keystone dealer near you so that no damages are done to the unit.

    The nuts on the end of the hose won't turn, even when not hooked to the faucet

      A regular kitchen faucet would work. Just make sure it's the double slot version. They are better quality than the ones that come with the rv which are plastic and cheap. Just search here on RUclips and there are many videos and they show how hard it can be depending on your camper since all have different levels of access to water line.

    How do you ACCESS a faucet in an RV with a sink in the way? Cut a hole in the RV siding? :( Replacing the faucet is the easy part. :( Otherwise good info for faucet replacement.

    So basically you showed the same application as you would any kitchen faucet in a standard home, I was expecting to see you work or have solutions to the dilemma of replacing one in an RV..

    Officially triggered… Are you kidding me?!!! Everyone who has tried this in a camper with extremely confined space knows this is an absurd video.
