We certainly were scared too before starting out. We have rented in Aruba, St Croix and in Cancun before. St Croix and Barbados are the only places we have been to where they drive on the left. Nether were as bad as we expected. Cancun was by far the worst and we probably wouldn't rent there, or anywhere else in Mexico again. Happy you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching!
The roads are narrow, potholes are plentiful, markings are scarce, and the driving pace is brisk. Be on your game and alert when you are a tourist driving. The locals do help you out.
I’m not sure what you mean by the road traffic law. I live in the USA and I visited Barbados and looked up their rules/laws for driving online before I went. I would suggest doing a search online for traffic laws in Barbados.
What are you on about? They drive on the same side of the road as the British, and driving is really easy there. Very little road rage. I lived there 10 years. But yes, watch out for livestock walking on the road. It's not driving on the moon, just don't get lost in the cane fields.
Thanks for watching. We are from the the United States, so our video was made with that mostly in mind. Many Americans would be real nervous driving on the left as well as navigating the roundabouts. We don't have many of those here. It doesn't take long to get used to it and I agree the driving is real easy. Most simply wouldn't even try.
You are lucky because the British System and the American systems are different and you should have learned to navigate British driving systems is the opposite of American driving systems.
Thanks for sharing! I've always been too scared to rent a car in another country but this info helps a lot.

Most certainly. We survived and it wasn't as bad as we had anticipated. Thanks for watching!

Hi! Can you send me the road traffic law? I want to visit Barbados.

Did you use GPS while in Barbados?
We did not. It is a fairly small island. Just be sure to get a map from the rental car company to help find your way around.
Where did you rent he car from?
I Believe it was Budget OR Alamo.
